113. Removal of existing 5MVA Transformer and other accessories equipments. a). Disconnecting HT cable connection from 33KV side &11KV side of 5MVA Power transformer for removing power transformer from plinth after proper shutdown. Dismantling of 11KV cable support structure, copper bus bar structure, M.S.Frame etc.
12b). Disconnecting copper flexible/Earthing strip from Power transformer neutral & Dismantling neutral earthing systemto facilitate removal of Power transformer from plinth.
13c). Disconnecting Earthing strip from body of 05MVA Power transformer.
14d). Draining of transformer oil from conservator, radiators of existing 05 MVA T/F, at 33/11 KV S/S Raghunath Pur into the dry & clean drums and stacking at the safe place in Substation outside of switchyard. Empty drums shall be provided bycontractor
15e). Removal of conservator, radiators and other accessories from existing 5 MVA Power transformer.
16f). Safe Shifting of 5 MVA Power transformer main body and other accessories from the substation switchyard to outside the switchyard at suitable place assigned by concern J.E/S.D.O (Distribution).
17g). Re-assembling of conservator, radiators and other accessories to existing 5 MVA Power transformer.
18h). Re-filling the transformer oil (old & used in existing 5MVA T/F)
194. Installation for 33/11KV 10MVA T/F a). Safe Shifting of 10MVA, 33/11 KV, Power transformer from out side of switchyard to near Power transformer plinth in Switchyard.
20b). Erection & Installation of 10MVA Power transformer on Power Transformer plinth by fixing all accessories like radiators, conservator tank, filling the transformer oil to desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage, complete job in all respect. Reconnecting 2 Nos. earthing strip to transformer body.
215. Water level earthing by Boring and lowering of G.I. pipe of size 40 mm dia & thickness 2mm (ID-36mm, OD-40mm) into the ground at 50 Mtr (160feet) depthupto the water level. The lower end of pipe shall be provided with solid copper cone approx 225 mm long and 750 gm in weightand screwed in pipe and bringing out a continuous copper wire of 6 SWG from the cone up to the Power transformer neutral/ L.A where it will be bolted to theM.S. earth Strip for Transformer neutral connection. Welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support. No joint in copper wire is allowed,
226. Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L Type support made of M.S. Channel size 100x50mm. Structure shall be 4 Mtr. long with 1 Mtr. Arms and 0.75Mtr bracing. Structure shall be grouted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size 300x300x1000mm including plinth and painted with one coat of Ready Mixed primer and Two coat of enamel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power Transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond, M.S. Bolt and washer with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).
237. a). Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. Channel (100x50x6)mm, 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. Angle (50x50x6) mm pieces of size 0.75Mtr long each by welding at equal intervals and grouting in a block of size (300x1000x1000)mm in C.C. 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Al. paint. Work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6)mm M.S. Flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm).
24b). Fabrication and grouting of M.S. frames 3.60 mt. long for support of copper Bus Bar. Bus Bar will be provided in L.V. side of Power transformer. The M.S. frame shall be made of M.S. channel (100x50)mm in "T" shape. Providing 2 Nos. support of M.S. Angle iron (50x50x6)mm, 0.60mt. long below the top channel, drilling of 3 Nos. hole on the top channel for fixing of 11 KV pin insulator. The M.S. frame shall be painted with one coat of primer & two coat of aluminium paint and grouting the frame in C.C. ratio 1:3:6 in a block of size (300x300x700) mm with stone Pad of size (300x300x75mm). The work also includes the fixing of 3 Nos. 11 KV pin insulator with pin and binding the copper Bus Bar with the pin insulator by Aluminium binding wire in complete.
258. Supply & Fabrication of copper bus bar of size (2500x50x6)mm in L.V. side of 10 MVA 33/11 KV, power transformer, Work includes connection of outside bus bar in L.V. side busing rod of Power Transformer and other side with outdoor 11 KV cable box as well as providing empire tape and H.T. tape etc. for proper insulation work.
269. H.T. Power Cable Laying: a). Laying 11 KV, (3x300) mm2/(3x400) mm2 XLPE, Cable from power transformer to 11 KV incoming switch gear in the cable trench 0.45 m wide, 0.90m depth. Providing 150 mm local sand for cushion beneath and 150 mm above the cable (quality of local sand required 0.375 cum/m in length). The cable shall be dully protected by brick. On both side of cable by laying brick vertically and bricks would also be laid bricks along the cable (minimum 18 Nos. of bricks are to be laid top and outer side along the cable. The work includes digging of trenches, laying of cable in under ground trenches, joining of terminal"s, back filling of earth and testing and commissioning of power cable etc. Spare cable shall be left over and laid in the trenches in shape of 6 m ring at both ends.
27b). Laying and dressing of 11 KV 3x300 mm2/3x400 mm2 power cable in air/Trench.
2810. Erection of 33KV line isolator on isolator structure with proper alignment & fitting.
2911. Plinth for 33 KV V.C.B. Construction of plinth for the structure of 33 KV VCB & C.T."s as per details for 01 No.:- a). Excavation of earth of size (2.4x1.5x1.0)m pits for construction of plinth.
30b). Brick Ballast ratio (1:3:6) (cement, sand & stone grift for foundation work (2.4x1.5x0.15)m plinth.
31c). R.C.C. work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement, coarse sand & stone grit of 20mm size) for making plinth of size (2.4x1.5x1.0)m and grouting of foundation bolts 04 Nos. for 33 KV VCB.
32d). 12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in ratio 1:4 (cement & fine sand) of plinth of side size (2.4x1.5x0.4)m.
33e).Laying of G.I.Earth strip of size 50x6mm for connecting the Earth Mat with steel structure. The work also includes cutting, bending, straigthning, over-lapping and welding the earth strip with Earth Mat and various steel structures by using high quality Arc welding in already digged trenches.
34f). Painting of Earth Strip of size (50x6)mm with one coat of ready mixed primer with two coats of ISI mark synthetic oil enamal green paint.
3512. Preparation of 11 KV Power Cable ends: a). Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable Out door jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable. Suitable size cable Jointing Kit will be provided by department free of cost execution of work. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.
36b).Making ofcable end termination by Heat shrinkable indoor jointing kits suitable for 11KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable. Suitable size cable Jointing Kit will be provided by department free of cost execution of work. Providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs complete in all respect.
3713. Providing & Erection of G.I. Strip size 50x6mm for earthing of outdoor & indoorequipment
3814. Installation of 33 KV Post Insulators: a). Installation of 3 Nos. PI on structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required.
39b). Installation of 33 KV VCB i). Assembling and installation of 33 KV VCB on the VCB out door structure on the plinth. Adjustment of operating mechanism in proper alignment for smooth operation of the same. The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing, if required.
40ii). Installation of 33 KV C.T."s: Installation of 3 Nos. C.T."s on the C.T"s structure. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing, if required to complete the work.
41iii). 33 KV CT"s Junction Box: Providing & fixing of junction box of size (400x400x150) mm made of M.S. sheet of 16 SWG in between 33 KV CT"s & control panel. 4516. Earthing of outdoor equipment, details as given below:- a). Cutting of 32mm.dia M.S. Bar-3Mtr.long and making one end in conical shape by forging process and driving it into the earth at each corner of bridge and proper welding with M.S.Bars.
46b). Digging of Pits & making ofBridge on L.A. & T/F neutral earthingby laying 32mm. dia M.S.Round in rectangular shape. Electric welding on cross joints by providing “U” Clamp in size 25x6mm. of M.S.Flat and inter connecting both by M.S.Round 32mm.diawith over lap joint by providing M.S.Round-12mm dia, on both sides of over lap joints of M.S.Round, by electric welding. All joints shall be painted with black bituminious paint.
4717. Testing & commissioning of Power T/F and all 33KV & 11KV switchgears / Panels.providing required No. of technicians with proper testing equipments during commissioning & energisation.
4818. Painting of Structures Painting of the following structure with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of ISI Mark Aluminium paint after rubbing with sand paper to the surface of the structure including labour and T&P complete in all respect. a). Post Insulator, Cable support structure and Neutral support structure, G.I.Strip, M.S.Frames.
