1230 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of ‘H’ section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. ‘U’ cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (±
130.1 mm) wall thickness . The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

83Cleaning of sewer lines, manholes etc.,at all depths. cost includes all labour for removing the sludge, silt, slush, waste etc., from the manholes and rodding the sewer lines by mobile sewer roding equipment from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, including chokes in gully traps etc.and disposing the waste outside the compound etc.,
84Cleaning of nahni traps/floor traps at all levels for removal of blockages including removing the silt, slush, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc and applying white cement in tile joints of bath/WC including water proofing compounds (Like forsroc) etc wherever required to arrest leakages etc.
85Cleaning of the choked Gully trap Chambers and sewer line upto next manhole from the water entry outlet point in drainage system using rodding,wire/cables etc., to remove all the waste, debris etc., including disposal etc., as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge
86Cleaning of existing over head tank/ underground water storage tank by mechanical method of specified TANKCLEAN process in stages: (1) Empty the tank/ sump and make it to near dry, (2) wash the tank internal surfaces and top of the tank with fresh water and clean/ rinse the inside surfaces of side walls, ceiling and floor surfaces perfectly by removing all scalling, fungus etc., with rotary jet mechanism, (3) Removing/ cleaning mud, silt, waste, sludge and garbage from the tankwith sludge pump/ vaccum cleaner and disposing outside the building, (4) After drying applt UV radiation with specified equipment in the tank for 15 minutes to kill the harmfull bacteria etc., complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.
87(The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning marking of date of painting on the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace and submission of certificate from specialised agency).
88Providing and fixing C.P.Brass bib/ stop cock of Parryware Claret (T4604A1) makeor approved equivalent in toilets . The bibcocks are to be fixed by removing old bibcocks including making necessary adjustments. All complete as per directions of Engg-in-Charge. 90Providing and fixing Swan neck C.P.Brass long body Pillar cock of Parryware Claretmake (T4668A1) or approved equivalent in toilets in BSNL Bhavan.
