2Clarifier rapi dorr 444 dia – 28 fit, compartment height 5.0 fit. four arms, tie rod, 18 scrapper with rubber excuser in each compartment and with hinge type bolt to be provided at every scrapper bottom plate thickness and mud boot-12 mm and with its stiffeners, mud boot baffles thickness – 8 mm. shell plate thickness of each compartment – 10 mm and with its stiffeners, 2nd compartment bottom & roof plate thickness – 10 mm, internal mud pipe & juice coils thickness – 8 mm x 150 NB, Juice coil nipple size – 50 NB & nos. of juice coil nipple & heights as per requirement, arm pipe thickness 5.5 mm., Scrapper plate thickness-3.0 mm., rubber seal for all compartment. strengthen of compartment bottom with 75 mm angle at every pieces bottom plate. S.S. ball valve 1” with nipple for mud cock – 8 nos., Mud boot with juice distribution plate of both compartment. Central shaft & mud seal fitting work to be done. Alignment of central shaft, leaky proof mud sealing work of all compartment. Dismantling work:- Bottom of dorr, body shell of 1st & 2nd compartment, bottom & roof of 2nd compartment. Mud scrapper & juice coil of both compartment & all accessories of 1st & 2nd compartment. Erection and commissioning:- Both compartment along with all accessories in all respect and complete trial of clarifier along with drive trial. All scrap will be shifted in scrap yard.
