Implementation Of Iec Activities Under Support Activity Program Of Jjm- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: 2 Providing and Laying of dry stone soiling tightly hand packed on horizantal levels 3 Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggrigate 40mm nominal size) but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 4 Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggrigate 20mm nominal size) but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. 6 Structural steel work in bulit up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete 7 Providing fixing of flex banner with suitable writing related to JJM (Design shall be provided by department) 8 Providing and Fixing ofsign boards with encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting laminated including colour writing,photographs, letter symbols, borders etc. as approved by Engineer incharge of varying size, to be fixed on2 mm thick MS sheet ( 14 gauge ).The MS sheet work to be painted with two or more coatsof synthetic enamel paint over an undercoat (primer) and back side of MS sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint incld. appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer incharge 9 Arrangements for conducting awareness & motivational programme of JJM at Block level .The participants shall be Sarpanchs, Panchs, all members of pani samiti , Asha Workers, Anganwadi workers, prominent citizens including phe staff .The job includes arrangement of invitations to all members, hire charges of tent / Hall , seating arrangement for all invitees and officers, Audio system arrangements for presentation, light refreshment to all invitees & officers , media coverage of the event and allinclusive to complete the event. 10 Providing of flex sheet of superior qualitywith colour writings,photographs and drawings etcas approved by Engineer incharge including all carriages upto site of work . 11 Wall writing/ paintings about JJM Slogans, Water/ Environmental conservations of varying sizes. The job shall include cleaning of walls, applying wall putty/ water proof primer coats/ base colors and water proof writing color/ paints exterior grade scuffing with all material & equipmentsComplete Job 12 Making of JJM Logos on various PHE Structures like SRs, PSTs,OHT, FPs etc of varying size. The job shall include cleaning of walls, applying wall putty/ water proof primer coats/ base colors and water proof writing color/ paints exterior grade scuffing with all material & equipments incl all scafolding as requiredComplete Job
