Name of Work: NCTPS – I - SE/MI circle – AOH (23-24) - TM Dn. – Periodical renewal of discharge cover ‘O’ rings in boiler feed pump cartridge, Inspection of Bearings at DE & NDE sides, checking and correction of oil clearance, axial float & free rotation of boiler feed pump, Complete overhauling of Boiler feed booster pump in Unit-I, II & III during the AOH for the year 2023-24.

3Checking of Boiler feed pump NDE Bearings, taking measurements, blue matching, servicing/ replacing if necessary and re-assembling of the Bearing Housings and commissioning of the pump. Including consumables and T&P\"s
4Checking and Correction of Axial Float, Oil clearance, free rotation of pump in BFP. Including consumables and T&P\"s
5Periodical RENEWAL OF‘O’ RING IN Cartridge at DE & NDE SIDE of BFP:-work involves Renewal of Discharge Cover ‘O’ Ring of Boiler Feed Pump, Decoupling the Feed pump from hydraulic coupling dismantling all the oil &water lines, removing the drive end and non drive end side studs withdrawing the pump cartridge assembly from the barrel using fixture, Renewing the discharge cover ‘O’ ring, reassembling the cartridge into the barrel and positioning the discharge cover, tightening the studs using hydraulic torque tensioned on both the sides. Assembling of the mechanical seals, bearings and checking clearances of the bearings.charges Including consumables and T&P\"s ( Required ‘O’ rings supplied by TANGEDCO )
6Complete dismantling of internals and rectification of any defects inBooster Pumps of BFP such as inspection of Impeller, casing and renewal of casing parting plane gaskets, checking the clearance, reconditioning of pump top, bottom casing& casing rings duringAOH. charges Including consumables and T&P\"s
