Housekeeping and Maintenance of Office Building: Office building having Director’s chamber, Faculty/officers/staff rooms (18); NRLM/DDU-GKY Centre, CGARD Centre; Library; Conference hall and Meeting Hall (4); Computer lab; RTC; RTP, Staff Canteen, Drivers’ Room, Security Room, Reception areas, all toilets and corridors. (All the above are built up in the area of around 25,000 Sq. Ft.)

Cleaning of Residential area, Office Parking areas and Hostel area including small drains (around 7000 sq. ft.)
