C - DIGITAL CONTROL PANEL: The Digital Manual Control Panel is equipped with 16 bit high speed RISC Processor based SEDEMAC make Controller It displays the following parameters: • Voltage • Frequency • Current • RPM • Cumulative Run Hours • Oil Pressure • Coolant Temperature • Charging Voltage The Sedemac provides following safety to the engine against : • Under & Over Voltage • Under & over Frequency • Under & Over Speed • Overload• Low Lube Oil Pressure • High Coolant Temperature Emergency OffAcoustic Enclosure: • Silent DG Set enclosure is of modular construction with the provision to assemble & dismantle easily as per site condition. • Centre lifting arrangement for ease of lifting from single point. • There are no protruding parts. • The Sheet metal components are pretreated before powder coating. • The enclosure is fabricated out of CRCA sheet of 16 Gauge. • The fuel level is indicated with the help of fuel gauge meter. • Battery is accommodated in a separate tray in the enclosure. • The doors are gasketed with high quality EPDM gaskets to avoid leakage of sound. • The door handles are lockable type. • Sound Proofing of enclosure is done by PU Foam. • A special residential silencer is provided with the enclosure to control exhaust noise. • Specially designed attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry to the container and exist from the container. • To make system vibration free, engine & alternator is mounted on specially designed anti-vibration pads. • Adequate ventilation is provided to meet air requirement for combustion heat removal. • Temperature of enclosure does not exceed beyond 5 to 7 degrees of ambient temperature. • Noise level is 75 dB (A) at 1 meter distance as per latest CPCB-II norms specified by CPCB, New Delhi . Enclosure size Doors Gasket, high quality EPDN to avoid leakage of sound and high quality rock wool confirming to I.S 8133 to suitable thickness and density, special critical grade silencer to control exhaust noise, anti-vibration pads mounted base frame, emergency stop push buttons outside the enclosure, sound level 75 db maximum at 1 metre distance in open free field environment as per ISO 8528 Part-10. The Generator set should be installed at site on the suitable size plinth of RCC as per specification including making of plinth for DG set as per satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge at site.The model of Engine will be decided by the Engineer in Charge. |
