| 3 | The scope of work in general includes scope of work specified in WR/SGS/B&R’s Technical Documents and Drawings enclosed in the Bidding document. Further, it includes any other work not specifically mentioned but required to complete the work as per specifications, drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. The scope of work shall include but not limited to the following: -1.Area Cleaning Works, Clearing of Herbs & Trees and obtaining approval from the Concerned Department.2. Earthwork including Excavation, Disposal, Area Grading, Compaction, Preparation of subgrade, filling, obtaining required CBR value as per Drawing including supply of all Equipments, machineries, materials etc.3. Laying of WMM/WBM, GSB, VDC, PCC, RCC, PQC, Sand, Kerb Stone, Precast/Cast-in-situ Drains, RCC Hume Pipes, Paver Blocks in proper line and level as per Drawing/Specifications/Relevant IS Codes/MORTH including supply of all Equipments, machineries, materials etc.4. Execution of trial Pits for identification of Underground utilities and protection/shifting of the same. |

Construction of Circulating areas, Arrival and Departure Plaza, Pavements, Roads, drop-offs, pick-ups, street furniture, signages, lighting, site drainage and landscaping Pathways, Parking, Manholes, Storm Water Chamber, sewer systems, Rainwater Recharge Pit, Green Area etc as per Drawing/Specifications.6. Horticulture work for East Side Station Development.7. Preparation of Approach Roads and providing Diversions.8. Providing of Construction joints, Expansion joints.9. Dismantling of abandoned Structures, vacated Quarters.10. Construction of Arrival and Departure Plaza 11. Laying of Electrical Conduits/Pipes/chambers for cables of External Lighting and Power Supply.12. Plumbing work for Horticulture/ green area13. All Quality and Handing Over related testing shall be in Sub-Contractor’s Scope.14. Obtaining NOC’s from concerned departments related to East Side External Development & submission to B&R.15. Landscaping Work for East Side External Development as mentioned in Clause 2.9 of Schedule B Part B of WR tender. |
| 5 | Note: - Supply of All Materials as per Approved Vendor List and Manpower required for Construction, Completion and Handing over of East Side External Development shall be Scope of Contractor. |
