Manpower Supply And Mechanical Works For Bs-Vi Sru Commissioning Activities At Manali Refinery Of Cpcl , Providing Manpower , Providing Manpower To Owner With Hand Tool And Tackles With Necessary Hose Connections, Pressure Test Pumps, Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, Machineries, All Consumables To Perform Jobs Including Gasket Replacement, Hydrotest, Leak Testing, Blinding & Deblinding, Flushing Of Pipelines, Hot Bolting, Providing Assistance Forpumps / Blower Commissioning, Etc As Per The Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge , Highly-Skilled Labours During Day: 08 Hrs All Days , Highly-Skilled Labours During Day Or Night Shift: 12 Hrs All Days , Skilled Labours During Day : 08 Hrs All Days , Skilled Labours During Day Or Night Shift: 12 Hrs All Days , Semi-Skilled Labours During Day Or Night Shift: 12 Hrs All Days , Un-Skilled Labours During Day Or Night Shift: 12 Hrs All Days , Tractor With Trailor ( 20-Feet ) , Supply Of Hydra: All Inclusive Charges For Supply Of Mobile Crane Meeting All Necessarysafety Requirements With Operator & Cleaner, Necessary Fuels, Lubes, Equipments, Slings, Tools And Tackles And Other Accessories Required For Handling Consignments Including Mobilization & Demobilization Charges. All Tools Slings, Tackles Supplied By The Contractor Shall Be Tested And Certified By Competent Statutory Authority And Contractor To Make Such Certificates Available At Site Of Working. In Case Of Breakdown Of The Crane And The Repair Of The Same Is Expected To Take More Than Two Hours Then Contractor Has To Provide Replacement Within Two Hours. The Quoted Rates Shall Be Inclusive Of Maintenance Charges Of The Crane. All Drivers Employed In The Refinery Shall Have Valid Driving License Issued By Competent Authority. The Job Also Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools & Tackles, Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, All Consumables And Labour To Complete The Job In All Respects, Transportation Of Steel Scaffolding Materials &Steel Gratings. , Supply, Erection & Dismantling - Upto10 Mtr Height Of Scaffolding , Supply, Erection & Dismantling - Above 10 Mtr And Upto 20 Mtr Height Of Scaffolding , Fabrication And Erection Of Structurals: , The Job Includes Fabrication And Erection Of Carbon Steel Structurals In Position Such As Platforms, Ladders, Stairs, Brackets, Pipe Supports, Pipe Shoe, Using The Structural Materials Like Angles, Flats, Channels, Beams, Rounds, Plates Etc. At All Grades & Elevations. The Job Also Includes Transportation Of The Required Structural Materials From Owners Storage Point To Worksite, Cutting To The Required Size, Bolting And / Or Welding Of Joints Etc. As Per Drawings, Specifications & Instructions Of Eic And Preparing The Area For Hot Work. The Job Also Includes Supplying Of All Types Of Tools & Tackles, Lifting Arrangements Like Chain Pulley Blocks, Machineries, All Consumables And Labour To Complete The Job In All Respects, Returning Back The Unused Materials To Owners Storage Point And Dumping The Generated Scrap Material To Designated Area As Per Eic Instructions. The Rates For The Following Items Shall Be Exclusive Of Erection & Removal Of Scaffolding ( 1 ) For Scaffolding Work Wherever Required, Rates Shall Be Paid Separately Sl. No. 140 & 150 , Fabrication And Erection Of Structurals Upto 15 M Elevation , Supply Of Structurals , Supply, Erection And Welding Of Platform / Ladder Gratings: , The Job Includes Supply, Erection & Welding Of Gratings In Position Under The Support Structure In Columns, Vessels, Tanks, Staircase, Platforms, Step Ladders, Etc., At All Grades & Elevations With Necessary Corrections At Work Site On The Supplied Grating To Fit To The Site Requirements. The Job Also Includes Transportation Of The Required Structural Materials From Owners Storage Point To Worksite, Cutting To The Required Size, Bolting And / Or Welding Of Joints Etc. As Per Drawings, Specifications & Instructions Of Eic And Preparing The Area For Hot Work. The Gratings Should Be As Per Eil Specification Type Ii. 10	Supply of Hydra: All inclusive charges for supply of mobile crane meeting all necessarysafety requirements with operator & cleaner, necessary fuels, lubes,equipment"s, slings, tools and tackles and other accessories required for handling consignments including mobilization & demobilization Charges. All tools slings, tackles supplied by the CONTRACTOR shall be tested and certified by competent statutory authority and CONTRACTOR to make such certificates available at site of working. In case of breakdown of the crane and the repair of the same is expected to take more than two hours then CONTRACTOR has to provide replacement within two hours. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of Maintenance charges of the Crane. All drivers employed in the refinery shall have valid driving license issued by competent authority. Cost of Mobilization and De-mobilization deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

12	SUPPLY, ERECTION & DISMANTLING OF STEEL SCAFFOLDING
13	Job involves Supply, erection of scaffolding at the required locations using 1-1/2 inch dia steel tubular pipes with suitable clamping arrangement, providing steel gratings at the required locations firmly tied on to the scaffolding pipes, removal of the steel gratings & scaffolding materials on completion of the job. The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects,transportation of steel scaffolding materials &steel gratings.
14	Supply, Erection & dismantling - Upto10 mtr height of scaffolding
15	Supply, Erection & dismantling - Above 10 Mtr and upto 20 mtr height of scaffolding
16	FABRICATION AND ERECTION OF STRUCTURALS:
17	The job includes fabrication and erection of carbon steel structurals in position such as platforms, ladders, stairs, brackets, pipe supports, pipe shoe, using the structural materials like angles, flats, channels, beams, rounds, plates etc. at all grades & elevations. The job also includes transportation of the required structural materials from owner"s storage point to worksite, cutting to the required size, bolting and / or welding of joints etc. as per drawings, specifications & instructions of EIC and preparing the area for hot work. The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles,lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, returning back the unused materials to owner"s storage point and dumping the generated scrap material to designated area as per EIC instructions. The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles,lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, machineries, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, returning back the unused materials to owner"s storage point and dumping the generated scrap material to designated area as per EIC instructions.
