| 13 | Hoisting, fixingand erection of 15/21 meter high RTT weighing upto 2.00 MT on the terrace of bldg upto 5 stories as per approved drawing and design with all its necessary components which include antenna fixtures, carrier and fastenings, gantry, cable feeder rack, resting and working platforms with hand rails, wave guide rack, wave guide rack support, ladders etc.,climbing ladder, platform with railing and fixing withgalvanized bolts, nuts , spring washers, necessary welding,and sorting of material at store etc wherever requiredcompletein all respect as perthe directions of the Engineer-in-charge.(Note: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries, insurance premium of labours, etc and nothing extra will be paid on any account. The contractor has to supply insurance coverage certificate of workers.) |
| 14 | Supplying Galvanised (Galvanising shall not be less than 15 micron) nuts and bolts of required size and of grade 5.6 and as per IS 12427 including spring & plain washers of required thickness all complete as per direction of the Engineer In Charge. |
| 15 | Supplying at site hot dipped galvanized steel tower materials with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gram per Sqm (Approximately 85 micron thickness) consisting of angles, flats, tubes, bars, base plates, gusset plates, ladders, connecting plates etc. all fabricated as per specifications and drawings for erection of towers. The galvanizing of the members of the towers shall conform to IS 4759 and 2629. Structural steel sections produced by only primary producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO and JSW conforming to IS 2062 and IS 808 shall be used for fabrication of tower materials. In circumstances ehere procurement of steel from the producersother than the above stated primary producers is allowed by the Engineer-in-Charge, then a deduction based on the difference in market rates of steel from Primary and secondary producers as determined on the basis of terms and conditions of the Agreementshall be effectedfrom the quoted ratefor this itemsin the running / final bills. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, freight, requisite insurance covers and other incidentals etc. complete and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The weight of Tower materialsas weighed on weigh bridge approved by the Engineer-in-Charge or by other means decided by the Engineer-in- Charge, before erection, shall be considered for payment. |
