The Solar lighting companies should submit the lighting design report prepared by their in house lighting designif required as per the direction of engineer in charge.The Solar lighting manufacturer must submit thedeclaration letter by mentioning that complete solar light and the solar panel are manufactured in Indiaandwarranty certificate on their company"s letter head by mentioning warrantyperiod as 5 yearson ground and necessary aftersales service will be provided through their tollfree base service network . The Solar Street light manufacturer should provide NABL accreditation certficate for the LED Solar Street Light. The following in house / external LAB test reports must be submitted for thetechnical acceptance of the products . 1. EN50530 – MPPT Efficiency , 2. IEC61547, 3.IEC61000-3-2 – EMC , 4. IEC 60598-2-3, 5. IEC 62109-1, 6.LM 79, LM 80, IS 10322, IK 07, IP 65 of LED fitting (NABL test report), 7. BIS/MNRE as applicable over PV Panel IEC 61730-1/2,IEC 61215-1/2, 8. BIS of cells used within battery pack as per IS 16046/IEC 62133-2. LED Make-OSRAM/CREE/NICHIA or Eq. Make-PHILIPS/PANASONIC/BAJAJ/HAVELLS/CROMPTON/ORIENT or Eq. approved make of OPWD. |

The work shall be excuted as per the direction of EIC. |
