Building at Headland, Sadahaving total areaof approx.19,100 Sqms. having various garden features i.e. lawn, trees ,plants, shrubs, hedges, roads, pathways, ground covering, creepers, vegetable, flowerbed, pottedplants, benches, etc.as well as any other future additions by performing various regulargarden maintenance activities like sweeping & cleaning of all garden premises including Roads, pathways, pavements, Lawns and disposal of allgarden waste as directed, watering, weeding, pruningof hedges, replacement of deadplants, gap filling in lawn, hedges, lawn mowing, repotting and de-potting of potted plants and shifting them periodically in the premises and otherlocations for variousPort functions according to the requirement for port functionsand back as directed, applying pesticide,fertilizers, manure andgood earth and all other gardenmaintenance related works by deploying sufficient experienced garden staff not less thanminimum staffas specified with all tools, tackles, etc. per day shift of8 hrs .in specified timingson all days excludingSundays and specifiedholidays as perthegarden & horticulture maintenance scope and specification given in thetender and as instructed in time to timebyHorticulturist /Chief Engineer or his authorized representative including supervision by authorized qualified and experiencedMali /Supervisor, all labours, equipment, toolsand plant, material, etc. complete.Note:1)soil/good earth, manure ,fertilizer ,Insecticide, pesticide required to be takenfrom respective items.2) Various locations, approx. area and minimum staff required to be posted as under:(i)Inside A.O. | 8 | Providing horticulturist visit and inspection of the gardensinside and outsise AO Bldg. at Headland including submission of reportregardingexecution of the worksand providing target of work to be carried outin writing in the prescribed forms and thereby also to indicate performance/deficiencies observed in the performance in growth / flowering/ yield of fruits/ vegetables, etc. of various flowering & non-flowering plants/ trees/ lawns, creepers, etc. as directed. Alltools, plants, labour, materials, transport etc. complete. |
