Electrical Works To Be Carried Out At Lis Zalpora Drought Of Misd Sumbal- 1 Providing, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 100 Hp ( L&T / Bentex Make Or Equivalent ) Oisd Starter, Mechanically Operated, Working On 415+_10% Ac Voltage Supply, 50 Hz, Working On Star Delta Principle. The Starter Shall Be Fitted With Heavy Duty Copper Bush Rods 6 No’S 3 For Incoming And 3 No’S For Outgoing And Auto Tripping System. The Starter Shall Be Fitted With Heavy Duty Copper Points 24 No’S Both Moving And Fixed. The Complete Assembly Shall Be Housed In A Suitable Container Fabricated Out Of 14 Gauge Ms Sheet With Easy Inspection Cover. The Starter Shall Be First Filled With Starter Oil ( Upto Required Level ) Of High Grade And Low Viscosity. The Starter Shall Be Mounted With Nuts And Bolts For Proper Fixing On Panel Board Etc And Tested On Full Load At Site. 2 Providing, Fitting, Testing And Commissioning Of 16 Sq.Mm Copper Conductor Conforming To Isi Standards Of Make Finolex / L&T / Havells / Kei Or Equivalent With Required Copper Thimbles At All The Cable Terminals Besides Crimpling Of Copper Thimbles With Hydraulic Crimping Tool. 3 Providing And Fitting Of Pvc Insulated 1100V, 4.0 Sqmm, Single Core, Flexible Copper Cable Of Make Finolex / Anchor / L&T / Havells / Kei Or Equivalent To Be Used To Connect The Newly Procured Priming Pumping Unit At Site. 4 Providing And Commissioning Of 3.5 Core 95 Sqmm Armoured Aluminum Conductor Conforming To Isi Standards Like Finolex / Gloster / Havells / Kei Etc With Required Aluminum Thimbles At All The Cable Terminals Besides Crimpling Of Aluminum Thimbles With Hydraulic Crimpling Tool. 5 Providing And Fixing Of Drop Out Fuse Set Insulator For 11 Kv Power Supply. 6 Roviding And Fixing Of Link Set For 11 Kv Power Supply. 7 Providing And Fixing Of Ismc 75 Channel Crosses Not Less Than 7 Feet Long For Installation Of Above Link / Fuse Dropout Set Etc. The Job Includes Securing The Same With Nuts And Bolts On St Poles By Way Of Drilling Holes Or P / F Of Clamps Etc.
