| 1 | CONSULTANCY WORKS (BEFORE CONSTRUCTION) Note: The scope of works which includes but not limited to the following: a) Carrying out Soil investigation and submitting the SBC report b) Examining the local / CMDA rules, regulations and preparation of plan in compliance to same, applying and obtaining of building permit and occupancy / completion certificates.All bureaucratic expenses incurred towards permits / approvals from Statutory authorities are under consultant scope. c) Provision of all required drawings, blue prints, revenue documents etc. With filled in forms in compliance with the regulations of statutory / CMDA/EB/corporation approvals etc., for getting necessary permissions. Any subsequent clarifications, additional documents etc. called for by the authorities shall also be provided by the consultant. d) Structural Design / Vetting and Structural stability report from IIT. e) Interior Design of the building f) Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, cost estimate, BOQ, Tender schedule documents etc. For approved plan along with the cost of demolition, debris removal etc.to be provided for floating public tender for construction contract. g) Issuance of necessary completion certificates etc. Including certificate of measurement h). Finalizing BoQ (Bill of Quantities) & Cost Estimates, Technical specifications of line items, tender document and supporting IOCL in floating the tender. Preparation of Detailed Design of all facilities, drawings, design calculation, preparation of schedule of items, item wise estimate, preparation of detailed technical specifications for the job involved. Estimates, rate analysis, data collection i) Preparation of tender documents for various tender packages which will include (i) Schedule of Rates (SOR) with detailed description of items & technical specification (ii) Item wise estimate supported by detailed rate analysis (If rates obtained from vendors minimum three quotes shall be obtained) (iii) Approved reliable manufacturer list of all buy out items - there should be minimum 6 manufacturers per item who have supplied / manufactured similar items in recent past including address and contact number. Consultant shall also consider approved vendor list of IOCl recent tenders for similar jobs. (iv) Data sheet of all required items mentioning desired parameters (v) work procedures to be followed by party for execution of work. j)Preparing/ approvingQAP for all packages / works. k) Shall assist the employer in conducting Pre-bid meeting, Pre-bid queries to bidder, Technical bid and price bid evaluation. l) Preparation of detailed fabrication / construction drawings . m) Approval of fabrication / construction drawings submitted by the contractors n) Preparation of Project Completion Document including submission of hard copy of as built drawings (04 sets). | 2 | CONSULTANCY WORKS (DURING CONSTRUCTION) Supervision of the work/deploying site Engineer during the execution of work by the construction contractor. Charges towards continuous site supervision of construction / interior designing works at site by experienced site engineer - 1 noson monthly basis. The charges include all activities to be performed as per scope of services defined. Engineer 1 - for site supervision of construction / fabrication work. The minimum qualification for site engineer is degree in engineering in mechanical/civil with a work experience of 5 years as site engineer/site incharge in any project site of similar type of works. |
