8Opening up the transformer of capacity 25 to 75 KVA and draining out complete transformer oil and kept aside in safe custody.Lifting the core assembly, segregating of serviceable parts for re-use and removal of unserviceable/ burnt out parts, taking out the burnt out HT/LT winding removing the damaged insulation of materials, rewinding ofHT/LT coils with new super enamelled copper wire/strip and re-insulation of all HT/LT coils for 3 limbs by providing new insulating materials, heating the winding complete in heating chamber and re-assembling the core assembly and fixing in the transformer shell after cleaning of transformer shell including providing new insulation materials, separate fibre paper, cloth paper, ampere tape,gasket set etcand replacement of unserviceable LT/HT bushing with spindle, tape changer switch, silica gel etc complete and painting the external surfaces of transformer with two coats of Ist grade synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer completeafter removal of existing paint and duly preparation of surfaces,filling of new/old serviceable transformer oil duly filtered/dehydrated and Testing complete all as directed. Note:- (i)New transformer oil will be supplied by the contractor and will be measured separately as supply only. (ii) Super enamelled wire/strip for HT/LT coil including insulating materials, HT/LT bushing with spindle, tape changer switch, silica gel,breather assembly etc will be measured and paid separately as supply only. 34Dehydration of tranformer oil, obtained fromtransformers/voltage stabilizer etc. Dielctric strength shall not be less than 50 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode after dehydration.Dehydration of transformer shall be carried out by using electrically operated dehydration machine all as directed and specified. Note:- (i)Centrifuging Machine with all T&P & testing machine of oil required for dehydration shall be arranged. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately.

75S&F in repair of cable path indicator made up to precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate of size 900X400X50mm and 8mm steel bars in RCC duly painted with yellow colour and marked/written as HT cable as directed and fixed at 600 mm above and 300 mm below ground level along with cable route complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of earth work, PCC in foundation for fixing of route indicator, painting and writing over indicator included in the quoted rate.
76M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm aggregate as in foundation or mass, complete all as specified and directed.

80S&F mild steel screw bolt(mechine made) with hexagonal or square,head, n.exc 5cm but n.exc 10 cm dia , complete all as specified and directed.
81M&L for prepration of steel Surface of one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel paint any description, n exc 10 cm in width or grith when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different, complete all as specified and directed.
82M& L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.
83M&L in repair for shifting of transformer from 4 pole structure to PCC platform and construction of platform for the transformer of size 2m X 2m X 1.5 m with the following :- (a) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 with 40 mm grade crushed stone aggegate 15 cm thick in foundation. (b) Brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class "B" old size bricks(230 mm thick walls) in periphery platform. (c) 100 mm thick RCC flooring (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate on top reinforced 12 mm dia MS bar 100mm c/c including use and waste of form work. (d) Rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on exposed surfaces. (e) The platform shall be such that its height 1.5 mtr above the nearest road level and 45 cm below ground complete all as specified and directed. (f) Plastering in CM (1:4), 10 mm thick in repairs on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface/floor complete. Note:- Cost of construction of PCC foundation included in the quoted rate.
84M & L for road cutting incl excavation in trenches for laying HT UG cable in pipe not exc 45 cm wide and n.exc 60 cm depth or as per site requirement forlaying of GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade & making good the disturbed surfaces with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and top surface neatly finished as per existing to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 80 mm GI pipe (light grade) will be paid and measured under separate item . The cut /excavatedsurface will be repaired on same day with PCC failing which a penality of Rs 500 per day will be recovered from contractor dues.
85S&F retro reflective sign board made up with 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet of which both sides shall be fully covered with high intensity Prismatic (HIP) retro reflecting sheeting of approved specification asper MORTH having approved message (Matter and Base) fully processed by pressure sensitive equipment of approval brand(Avery Dennison/3 M) fixed /hanging on sub station fencing on stainless steel framemakeup of SS as described complete all as specified and directed.
86S & F in replacement of MCCB,04 Pole, capacity 160 Amps with ultimate breaking capacity 25 KA at 415 volts with fixed thermalsettings conforming to IEC 60947 Part-I/IS-13947 Part-I , (Ics=Icu=100%)in the existing panel with suitable connecting copper terminals at site complete all specified and directed.
