Name of Work: Carrying out QRA study of Scrapper Launching Barrel (SLB) installed at HMR, Haldia inside Haldia Refinery under 18” HBPL conversion projectNOTE ::1. Please enable macros before filling the rates to see the quoted figures in words.2. DONOT INSERT ANY ADDITIONAL SHEET AND ANY CONDITION IN BOQ SHEET. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER THE BOQ SHEET. Enabled Cells (CYAN) are only to be filled by bidder. Non-compliance shall lead to rejection of the BID.3. Uploading of Scanned copy of Price bid is not acceptable and such bid shall be summarily rejected. 4. The scanned copy of the UN-PRICED BoQ shall be uploaded along with the technical bid.
