(b) High pressure cleaning. (c)Soak the dirt and sendiments by Vacuum cleaning. 3	Proper cleaning of RCC stilling chamber, RCC fine bar screen I&II, RCC Grit chamber I&II, RCC Oil and grease chamber, Equalization tank, MBBR tank I&II, Flocculator, Tube settler, CCT, RCC Filter feed tank, RCC slurry/ sludge sump by experienced workers with safety equipments and T&P items required for cleaning of all above said parts of sewage treatment plant of capacity 600 cum per day at equal intervel of 01Month from date of commencement of contract complete all as mentioned below:- (a) By mechanised dewatering and scrubbing the surface of floor, wall till removal of dirt, sediments and cleaning sludge removal and shifting as directed. Dismantlingthemotor and removing the old burnt copper winding & demoisturise, cleaning, rewindingthecoilswith same gauge supper enamelled copper wire, with suitable F class paper insulation, varnishing, andreassembling by replacing bearings,Remetalling of armature shaft and turning on lathe to give proper size for bearing fittings,Replacement of terminal plate and reinstalling at the installation andtesting, commissioning etc complete. Note - Before rewinding the existing motor, contractor must show the burnt motor/winding to the EIC. Old unserviceable copper retrieved will be property of contractor
