1PART-A. Drilling & Development of Tube well:- Drilling of bore hole of suitable diameter upto required depth by water jet system through any type of soil including hire and labour charges for boring pipes, scaffolding, other tools and plants etc. and taking out the same complete and other incidental works in this connection. The bore hole should have minimum 65 mm gap in between outside of the tube well pipe and the bore.
2I) For lowering 100 mm. dia /PVC pipe.
3II)For lowering 150 mm. dia PVC pipe.
4Labour charges for lowering of pipe, strainers, blank pipe etc. and fitting, fixing the same including cutting, threading where necessary complete including bucket washing and other incidental works in this connection.

9Supply of gravel for use as pack of tube well of 2mm to 4 mm size (as per IS: 4097) and gravel treatment including screening, washing, cleaning etc, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. From sites within 4 km with all weather metal road
10Supplying, fitting and fixing including supplying of suitable jointing compound for fixing in position, threading, if necessary etc. all complete.
11(a) ii)100 mm. dia. CI cutter piece upto 450 mm. long with socket.
12(B) 150 mm dia G.I. threaded top cap fixed in position.
13c) 80 mm dia plug of approved make conforming to IS Specification.

15Washing and development by pumping with 30 cum per hour capacity pump for a period till sand free water comes out and the discharge is about 30 cum per hour, followed by final yield test;inclusive of all tools, plants and scaffolding andhire charge of submersible pump, generator etc. all complete.
16Making arrangement and showing verticality test and sounding test including cost / hire charges of necessary tools and plants, scaffolding, labour etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

22Solar Module: Supply, transport, installation and commissioningof MNRE(Ministry of Renewable Energy,Govt. of India)/ IECapproved Solar Module of multicrystaline cell with min. efficiency of 15% and fill factor more than 70%, laminated between sheet of -Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA)and high transmissivity3.2mm tempered glass, framed in anodized aluminium frame .The power output of individualPVmodules used in the PVarray, under STC,should be a minimum of 300 Watt peak,with adequateprovision for measurement tolerances.Modules supplied with the Spy system should have certificate as per IEC61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards. Modules must qualify to IEC61730 part I and part II for safety qualification testing and Salt Mist Corrosion Testingasper IEC61701/IS 61701.and havingwarranty for output wattage, which should not be less than 90%at the end of 10 years and 80%at the end of 25 years. 23Module Mounting Structure (For 2HP,3HPand5HPSolarWater PumpingSystem): Supply, transport , installation of weather proof manualtracking structure madeof MSchannels,anglesand pipes etc. duly ISmarkedchannelsand angles(IS808 ) to hold Spy Module with MSheavyduty pipes not less than CD125mmasper IS1239 and plates of IS226. Structure like Canopysupported with a RCC column is to be installed to limit land requirement with a height of placementof panel for free human movementand natural air cooling will be happeningto get the maximumefficiencyfrom the modules.Thisstructure to be designedconsideringall the possibleloadson the solar panelsand on the structure itself including wind load with basicwind velocity 150km/hr. The steel structure of suitablesizeisto be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisationand provided with dual axis manualtracking arrangement three times in a day and seasonal tilting are to be provided to face the sun optimally

25Power conditioning unit including MPPT, Data logger and IP54enclosure: Supply , transport , installation and commissioning of IP S4 protected enclosured Inverter Unit qualifying IEC 61683-Efficiency measurement and IEC 600682-Environment Standard , safety standard suitable for 3 Phase A.C. motor, IGBT based high voltage switching inverter with MPPT technology,to take care of the variation of Sun light and will be suitably mounted inside the metal enclosure.Inverter should have protection against Dry run, Overcurrent, Under current, Overvoltage, Undervoltage, Short circuit etc. Systemshould be able to run at low sunshineand minimum 7 to 8 hours a day run should be possible during normal sunshinecondition. Inverter should have option to auto start for any short trip off due to low light/ cloudy situation exceptfor dry run. 30Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work.
31Comprehensive maintenance charges for 4 years beyond 1 year warranty period (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the schemein operation without lapseof time). c) For 5 HP both for Submersible& pump Note:1:-Total comprehensive maintenance charges is to be withheld in addition to security deposit. Security deposit will be released afterexpairy of warrenty period of 1 year and comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ Rs. 0.75 per wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e. at the end of 2nd year, 3rd year, 4thyear, 5th year. In case the "Bidder" does not provide service during the warranty and comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited.
32Supply and installation of 3 phase electro motor pump set suitable for solar operation covering 5 years warrentyfor the following condition including loading, unloading, transportation etc.C) 5 HP ISI marked 3 phase Pump-Motor set having discharge at required as below:- iii) Submerssible Pump motor set for LDTWISI marked as per IS: 8034 with discharge of 7.5 LPS- 5.83 LPS at 30 mtrs- 35 mtrs total head with cable (3 m) Cover plate, Socket, planged nipple, Rubber Insertion, Nuts and Bolts and all other accessories including transportation of bend, Column pipe, Sluice Valve, Lay Flat hose pipe etc from deptt. Store to site within 100 Km.
33Insurance @ 2% for Item No. 12,15,18 and 22 covering a period of 5 years. on It 12,15,18 and 22 Note:- 2 1st year insurance charge is to paid on production of Original receipt of premium payment. Remaining 4 years insurance payment is to be with held which will be released during 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year on production of Original receipt of premium payment.
34Supplying fitting fixing including transportation of 1.0 m x 0.6 m 24 swg MS board containing the name of the scheme and details of scheme as directed by the EIC. The board should have base colour- Black and words in white to be fitted and fixed on the pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 cement concrete on single brick flat soling
35Extra rate allowed for It no 1 and 2 @ 2% for the district Dakshin Dinajpur
