| 1 | Conducting Topographical survey work of existing drains i/c connecting drains/pipe etc. using total station and DGPS instrument showing drainage inventory, invert levels & top level of drains at suitable interval but not more than 100 metre and also at critical points/ change points/junctions i/c measuring cross sections of drain etc. Location & size of culverts and merging drain/pipes. Which are disposing the outfall in this drain and location type and size of each encroachment also to be marked in the drawings all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The levels shall be taken using differential GPS and information to be submitted as per enclosed proforma and plotting the same with the help of required software and submission 3 sets of hardcopies of drawings and one editable soft copy in suitable format.) |
| 2 | (i) The rates quoted by the agency shall be incusive of all manpower, T & P, digital servey instruments and transportation for conducting complete survey of drain. The agency has to qoute their rates keeping in view the site conditions, traffic conditions, any permission from local bodies/ Traffic Policeetc. and nothing extra shall be payable on any account in this regard.
