For Any Down-Time Below 95% On Monthly Basis, Corresponding Amc Charges Will Be Deducted. It Is To Be Noted That Downtime Of Software Due To Other Issues Like Hardware, Network, Power, Etc., Will Not Be Considered For The Calculation Of Downtime. Only The Downtime Due To Software Failure Under Ideal Conditions Will Be Considered. Payment Will Be Based On Certification From It. Quotation Ref.
