2Earth work in excavation of diversion/ feeder channel to the design section and grade by depositing the spoils in the form of embankment on either side to the design section and grade in layers not exceeding 15cm thick including clearing light jungles and trees up to 15cm dia uprooting roots and stumps from the seat of the embankment and canal free from all vegetation including breaking clods not more than 10mm cube dressing, ramming, bailing out stagnant rain water where necessary complete as directed with lead up to 30m and lift up to 1.5m.
3Earth work in all soils in canal embankment and bed filling as per design section and grade by cart carriage for a minimum distance of 1 Km. including paying compensation of earth obtained from private land if any, loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks not more than 1m height, spreading the same in 15 cm thick including clearing light jungles, removing trees up to 15cm dia uprooting roots and stumps etc. from the seat of embankment, profiling with all lift complete as directed. (Payment will be made after 12.5% shrinkage allowances from the gross quantity.)(A) Ordinary soil
4Construction of whole bamboo single pallasiding with matured Jati bamboo post 60 mm to 75 mm dia 15 cm clear apart 1.20 m to 1.50 m above ground and 1.00 m to 1.20 m below ground with jati bamboo structs placed 1.20 m to 1.50 m apart tied with galvd. wire of 16 G to 18 G and complete with three rows half jati bamboo kamies.Complete as directed.
5Supplying and laying of empty cement bags filled with sand/earth (As locally available) including stiching the mouth,laying,fixing in position with supply of bags,sutlies etc. Complete as directed.

7Preparing/making level of the ground surface for layout of headworks/ structures for fixing the required axis line by cutting the high land filling and levelling the low land where necessary

10Cost of dewatering involved during earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches of canal structures (by pumps) in soil mixed with silt and sand etc. Dewatering by using 1 No. 10 HP and 2 Nos. 5 HP water pump.
11Carriageof excavated earth by dumpers with a lead upto 2 KM unloading to a safe place as directed including spreading, dressing etc, complete as directed.
12Providing and driving \"Z\" type steel sheet pile of 0.69 M effective width, 8mm thick and average weight 68.30 kg/M to specified level and lines including cutting to proper size, making holes including painting sheet piles with two coats of anticorrosive bitumen paint and dewatering including necessary tools and plants and all other accessories complete as directed.(Portion of sheet pile to be embedded in concrete shall not be painted).

17Supplying, fitting, fixing and laying in position M.S. rod/ Torsteel/ TMT bars of all sizes as per design and drawing as required including cutting, bending, cranking with necessary lappage and tying with black wire complete as directed.
18Centering and shuttering including propping etc. Where necessary and removal of forms after completion of C.C. and RCC work complete as directed (measurement to be on the face area of timber).(A) Slab, abutment walls, piers, pedestal etc.(i) with 19mm thick ply board
19Providing scaffolding work with rows of Bholuka bamboo and Jati bamboo horizontal one row jati bamboo cross and placing second class planks of 0.025 m thick in between the rows tying with coir strings lacing two nos. vertical jati bamboo at both end including dismantling the scaffolding etc. complete as directed.
20Collection and supply of sand mixed gravel contains 40% of sand and 60% of river gravel of size 13 mm to 38 mm free from all foreign materials including carriage from quarry to the work site loading, unloading and stacking in measurable stacks as directed by the department (Including paying of forest royalty and sales tax etc.)
21Collection and supply of gravel free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials, paying forest royalty, sales tax etc. at work site including stacking in measurable stacks complete as directed. (Considering average distance of 25 Km and 50 km)
22Collection of hard broken stone of size 6 mm to 20 mm from river boulder free from dust and dirt and foreign materials including stacking at quarry site, complete as directed. (in the gap of C.C. block protection)Hard broken river gravels 6mm to 20mm size
23Labour charge for spreading of hard river gravel/broken stone/sandgravel mixture of size of gravel 13 mm to 38 mm to the required thickness including ramming and dressing the seat before laying the materials as irected complete including all carriage etc.
