17Supply & Application of Nitoproof 100/120 - Fosroc or equivalent from STP / BASF / Sika make as per manufacturer specification including surface preparation using wirebrush/ Reebaklens chemical, priming of surface with minimum one full coat of Nitoproof 100 or equivalent at all depth and height including cost of scaffolding as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.

30Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating & erecting in position bolted and / or welded STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS like angles ,channels, beams, plates, pipes, tubes etc.at all heights & levels and locations including all builtup sections/ compound sections made out of rolled sections and / or plates / bent plates in existing / new structural pipe supports, frames, etc., cutting to required size, straightening/bending if required, edge preparation,cleaning, scrapping & welding of unsound joints in existing structural members, preheating, (including sealing of box section with continuous welding) finishing edges by grinding , fixing in line and level with temporary bracings, including providing staging, scaffoldings, & working platforms at all heights & depths, and removal of same after erection,including preparing the surface for painting , surface cleaning, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease etc complete along with providing paint system as follows:(a) Applying inorganic zinc silicate coat 50 micron DFT(b) Two coats of Epoxy primer paint 50 micron DFT each(c) Two coats of Anti Rust epoxy top coat paint 75 micron DFT each as per manufacturer"s specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-One coat of Zinc silicate and one coat of Epoxy primer shall be applied on structural steel surfaces after manual cleaning prior to erection as per specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply of all materials in contractor"s scope.
31Supplying, transporting, storing, fabricating and fixing in position MS STEEL INSERTS (with lugs) as shown in drawing including fabrication to any shape made out of flats, plates, rolled sections, sleeves, pipes etc. providing necessary templates, staging, cutting, straightening, if required, bolting, welding as required and embedding in position on both Plain, Reinforced Cement concrete members inclusive of adjusting shuttering & reinforcement/any other fixture, welding where ever necessary, tying and holding to correct level, line and position, any auxilliary dummy structures to support the heavy inserts, & painting with one shop coat of Inorganic zinc silicate primer and finsihing with two coats of anti rust epoxy paint of approved brand and colour, including the cost of scaffolding as required, etc. for all heights & depths complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
32PROVIDING, ERECTION & DISMNATLING OF SCAFFOLDING FOR ALL HEIGHTS: Job involves erection of scaffolding at the required locations using 1-1/2 inch dia steel tubular pipes with suitable clamping arrangement ,providing steel gratings, access staircase system at required locations firmly tied on to the scaffolding pipes, removal of the steel gratings & scaffolding materials on completion of the job. The job shall be carried-out as per CPCL Scaffolding procedure. The job also includes supplying of all types of tools & tackles, lifting arrangements like chain pulley blocks, all consumables and labour to complete the job in all respects, supply & transportation of steel scaffolding materials & steel gratings to the work site etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
33Supply and application of One coat of A.R.Bitumen Primer, 50mm thick EIL Type I Insulating Castable backup lining, followed by 230mm thick Acid Resistant Brick wall lining using IS 4860 Class II bricks of size 230x115x75mm in 6mm thick Acid Resistant Mortar (POTASSIUM SILICATE (IS : 4832 Part -I)) bedding, joint filling, pointing (6mmx20mm depth) with Resin based FURANE Mortar (IS : 4832 Part -II) inside underground sulphur pit (approx. dimension 13.5x12x5m) including supply of Acid Resistant Bricks, Mortars, Primer, Refractory material, etc. from EIL approved vendors, obtaining inspection clearance, including cost of scaffolding, completion of works for all heights and depths in all respect as per the directions of Engineer in charge.
34Providing acid / alkali proof lining with bitumen mastic of 20mm thick on cement plaster surfaces / masonry / RCC surfaces including supply of all materials, application, finishing, testing etc., as per EIL standard specification 6-65-0061 complete at all depth and height including cost of scaffolding as required as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.
35Providing and laying anticorosive solvent free Araldite or approved Epoxy Screed 5mm thick consisting of Araldite 257, 100 parts by wt. and hardner 140, 50 parts by wt. plus necessary quartz sand over a primed surface with primer coat with Araldite GY 257 and Hardner 140 in the same ratio, two top coats over epoxy screed with Araldite 257 and Hardner 140 in the ratio of 100:50 parts complete as per Manufacturers" specifcation including preparation of surface to receive the treatment at all depth and height including cost of scaffolding as required as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.
