Cleaning Jobs In Various Areas Throughout The Plant. 1 Sweeping / Cleaning Of Areas, Floors, Roofs, Buildings, Rooms, Roads, Drains And Disposal Of The Collected Dust / Muck / Debris As Directed By Vsp / Engineer. 2 Jungle Cutting, Bush Clearance, Tree / Branches Cutting, Disposal Of Cut Materials To A Designated Place As Directed By Vsp / Engineer. 3 Cleaning Of Debris, Scrap From Various Areas In The Plant, Segregation And Disposal As Directed By Vsp. 4 Area Dressing By Manual Excavation And Disposal Of The Removed Material As Directed By Vsp / Engineer. 5 Cleaning / Washing Of Floors / Bath Rooms / Toilets ( Free Issue Of Acid, Washing Powder By Vsp ) 6 Shifting Of Materials, Sorting Out, Stacking, Reclamation Of Stores, Including Cleaning And Miscellaneous Painting Jobs ( Where Skill Is Not Required ) As Directed By Vsp / Engineer. 7 Any Other Unskilled Job Anywhere In The Plant As Directed By Vsp / Engineer. 8 During Emergency Situation Like Fire Accident / Heavy Rains, Etc., Cleaning Of Jams In Chutes, Conveyors, Areas, Underground Tunnels, Basements, Roofs And Disposal Of The Muck As Directed By Vsp / Engineer. 9 Normally The Workers Shall Be Deployed In The Areas As Per The Locations In The Name Of The Work. But Depending Upon Needs Of Vsp Above Labour Can Be Deployed At Any Location Within Vsp Premises. 10 The Workers Shall Have To Move As Communicated To The Place To Place. 11 The Contractor Shall Provide Necessary Brooms, Baskets, Gamelas, Belchas, Crow Bars And All Other Common Tools / Tackles To The Worker To Carry Out The Assigned Job. 12 In Each Zone / Area Of Work, The Contractor Shall Deploy Specified No Of Supervisors To Supervise The Work Of The Unskilled Workers To Ensure The Output, Quality Of Work And Safety Aspects To The Satisfaction Of Vsp / Engineer. 13 All Safety Appliances As Per The Safety Stipulations Of Vsp Shall Be Provided By The Contractor. 14 The Contractor Shall Ensure That A Joint Record Of The Deployment Of All The Workers Is Signed With The Engineer Or His Authorized Representative Every Day And That The Job Is Done Satisfactorily.No Payment Shall Be Released Without The Certificate. 15 The Workers Shall Be Deployed In The General Shift Normally. However, As Per The Requirement Of Vsp The Workers Shall Be Deployed In Any Of The Three Shifts At No Extra Cost To Vsp. In Case Of Exigencies, The Workers Shall Be Deployed On Sundays And Closed Holidays Of Vsp At No Extra Cost To Vsp., 16 If Any Worker Is Deployed Overtime By The Contractor, It Should Be Done As Per The Relevant Statutory Provisions. No Extra Payment Will Be Made To The Contractor For Such Overtime Deployment By Vsp. 17 If Any Job Is Found Not Done Properly, It Has To Be Redone As Per Direction Of Engineer Or His Representative. 18 If Any Of The Worker Deployed By The Contractor Abandons The Work At Any Time Or Not Found At Place Of Work Without Any Valid Reason And Permission, The Attendance Will Not Be Certified.
