    Defect Rectification Overhauling Of Tdi / Both Propellers Onboard 88 Acv Sqn H-186 => Limited E-108 / H-186: H-01: Removal Of Both Propellers From The Acv H-186 Based At Haldia.H-02: Safe Packing Of Propellers For Transportation. All The Materials For Safe Packing Is Under Firm’S Scope.H-03: Transportation Of Propellers From Haldia To Firms Work Shop For Undertaking The Job And Back After Completion Of The Job. All The Expenditure W.R.T The Transportation Including Insurance / Toll Other Unforeseen Expenditure To Be Borne By The Firm. ( Safe Transportation Of Propellers Is Firm’S Liability ) .H-04: Fitment Of Propeller Onboard Acv Post Overhauling. All In Way Jobs Included. Firm To Arrange Lifting Equipment / Special Tools While Undertaking The Jobs.H-05: Ground Run Of Craft / Harbour Trials And Subsequent Sea Trials On Successful Completion Of Overhauling Of Propellers. Following Jobs Are To Be Undertaken While Carrying Out Overhauling Of Propellers:- ( A ) Dismantling Of Hub Assembly And Inspection Of Sub Parts. ( B ) Measuring Of All Parts / Tolerance, Replacement Of 100% Consumable / Replacement Parts. ( C ) Inspection Of The Lag Screw. ( D ) Inspection Of The Bearings. ( E ) Replacement Of Lip Seals. ( F ) Renewal Of Polyurethane Coating. ( G ) Servicing Of The Blades. ( H ) Overhauling Of Beta Tube Assembly. ( I ) Propeller Assembling. ( J ) Static / Dynamic Balancing. ( K ) Ndt Of The Propellers. ( L ) Inspection By Icg / Ss.
