26Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.
27Paving the floor with best qualityvetrified(Morbonite) Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)
28Dadooing walls with ceramic tiles of sizes 300mm X 450mm X 8mm size of approved make and quality and colour Set in cement mortar 1:2 (One part of Cement and two part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)) over 10 mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.
29Paving the floor with design Antiskirt ceramic tiles (colour and shade as directed) of size 305 mm x 305mm x 6 mm in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 20mm thick laid in-situ and pointed with same coloured cement
30Providing and fixing in position Precast Cylindrical Bollard, as per design, finish as per As per Architect"s approval. The bollard is provided with Required reinforcements. The bollard is manufactured with cement concrete of M-20 grade by vibro compaction method using FRP/steel moulds, so as to achieve shuttering finish.The cost of item is complete including moulding charges, transporation, loading/unloading charges and labour complete.
