| 4 | Complete servicing of Hydronic Fan Coil Unit of capacity up to 2.5 TR by removing the unit from installed position after disconnection of power and chilled water connection, external cleaning of coil and fins, descaling the cooling coil by recirculation, with corrosion inhibiting chemicals and detergent, cleaning with raw water using high pressure pump, cleaning of drain pipe, drain pan, filters, blower, greasing and oiling of fan motor, checking all connections, refixing, checking the healthy operation of three way/two way valve function, healthy operation of all safety controls, testing and re-commissioning etc. complete as required. |
