| 1 | Servicing / repairing ofMono block pumps 7.5 HP – 02 No. installed for AC plants at new emergency block of GMCH Jammu by way ofdisconnecting the electric supply, dismounting pump motors from the frame and then shifting them to theworkshop ,dismantlingthe pumpmotors and complete rewinding of the motors – 02 No with proper copper conductor, repairing the shafts–2No bydepositing the material on the shafts by welding then turningand grinding on the lathe machine in order to make them to the required size and P/F of bearings and seals, bushes in place of damaged ones also repairing of impellers and re-assembling the pump motor units, shifting them back to the site and fitting into the slots, thenmaking electrical connections and testingon load. The job includes replacement of Electrical contactors, thimbles, relays and fuses of the control panel along with damaged wiring. | 2 | Complete cleaning/servicing of 90 TR Chiller Air conditioning Plant installed in New Emergency Block of GMCH Jammu by way of cleaning of prefilters, chemical cleaning of cooling coil, spraying chemical cleaner over the coil surface using jet cleaner pump on both sides of coil for at least 20 minutes and then spraying the coil with fresh water till the foam goes away or till the chemical is washed off and the cleaning process is repeated till the fins and cooling coil are totally cleaned. The job also includes cleaningof cooling fans 06 Nos ,greasing to ball bearings of all the motors etc and alignment of all the fans of chiller plant. The job also includes repairing of fins of condenser unit , by way of brazing .The job also includes checking of panel wiring and also cleaning of contactors and replacement of -02 No. contactors and also P/F of fuses-03 No, contactor elements-05No. and thimbles in place of damaged ones. This job includes cost of material, taxes and labour charges etc. |
