Repairing Andmaintenance Of 33 Kv / 11 Kv / Lt Line, Straightening Of Tilted Pole And Replacement Of Damage Pole & Other Works Etc. ( Running Contract ) At Various 33 / 11 Kv Sub Stations In The Area Of Edsd-I, Baghpat Road Under Edd-I, Meerut. 1 Cartage of following material from store center Meerut to JE Store including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 40 Km. :- 2 PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long 3 STP Pole 11 Mtr. Long and 13 mtr long 4 Line material such as 11 KV Cross arms 11 KV pin, 11 KV pin insulator, 11 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire ACSR weasel conductor, GI Wire, MS angle iron & MS Channel, TPMO, Fuse set etc. 5 Cartage of following material from JE, Store to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 40 Km. :- 6 PCC Pole 8.5 Mtr Long 7 STP Pole 11 Mtr. Long and 13 mtr long 8 Line material such as 11 KV Cross arms 11 KV pin, 11 KV pin insulator, 11 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire ACSR weasel conductor, GI Wire, MS angle iron & MS Channel, TPMO, Fuse set etc. 9 Erection of PCC Pole 8.5 mtr long/STP Pole 11 & 13 mtr long after digging a pit of Size 1.6 mtr deep in all type of Soil including back filling of the Pole with proper ramming after completion of work. 10 Fabrication and fixing of all 33 KV/11 KV HT/LT line Accessories. 11 Erection of Stay Rod Complete Set 12 Laying lifting stringing & proper sagging of ACSR weasel conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 11 KV line including binding & jumpering properly. 13 Laying of ACSR Weasel/ LT AB Cable/XLPE Cable of various size including fixing of all ACSR Weasel/ LT AB accessories on support 14 Fixing of Distribution box including fixing the cable from transformar and consumer service cable 15 Earthing of each 33 KV, 11 KV line pole & T/F properly after drive of electrodes if size 20mm x 250 mm and connection the earthing point with GI wire. 16 Guarding of Line with G.I wire having 2 no. horizontal wire & 3 mtr distance of SWG G.I wire after fabrication of guard cross arms of & fixing the same in supports. 17 Providing & fixing MS Nut Bolt, J Hook, Holding Clamp, Danger Board, Dead End Clamp, Percing Clamp, Box Clamp 18 Providing and Fixing of Holding Clamp 19 Providing and Fixing of LT Insulator 20 Providing and Fixing of Stay Clamp 21 Cutting & chopping tree branches near side of line for making the clearance between line and tree.
