The job includes Providing and Fitting of Six Channel based 7 Ampere 24 V DC relay card/Relay Module Single Change Over / Double Change over with 1NO and 1 NC complete with USB to serial Convertor, Serial to Serial converter& serial to Ethernet Converter complete with cables and adapters. The Job also includes Providing and Fitting of SMPS power supply 24 Volt DC 10 Ampere having input of wide band of AC with Protections of Overload / Over Voltage / Short Circuit, Auto-Recovery After Protection, Universal AC input / Full range,100% Full Load Burn-in Test, cooling by Free Air Convection, High Quality and High-Performance LED power supply with a metal body for hidden installation for LED lighting, Design with built-in EMI Filter, improve signal precision. The above whole PLC, HMI etc. arrangement shall be fitted inside of the existing FCMA Soft starter assembly with all required fixtures and fittings including back lite sheet of size 600x600x8mm with allied required accessories like connectors and 1 sq. mm copper cable FRSL for axially wiring system of starter with ferrule nos. The job also includes dismantling of existing auxiliary as well as control wiring system of the starter assembly and up-gradation of same for accommodating above PLC, HMI and allied components. The job further includes providing and fitting of sensors at appropriate places within starter and Motor stool near flange coupling of Pump & motor with all fixtures required for efficient sensing.
