Supplying of 1.35 M dia M.S flap shutter with 8 mm. thick skin plate includingfitting fixingcomplete as per drawingno. SE/PD/I & FM/19 and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Steel work welded in built upsection/ framed workincluding cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required.

Hiring charge of welding set of single phase with operating staff and carrying upto the site of work including loading and unloading (both way) complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting steel work with Delux Multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excludingthe cost of centering and shuttering.1:2:4 ( 1 cement:2 fine aggregate : 4 graded well burnt bricks aggregate 20 mmnominal size.

Taking out the flap shutter of sluice gate of M.S angle fixed in clamp loading unloading carriage to work site of work by mechanical transport with all lead and carriage of new shutter to work site including loading unloading and fixing to angle properly including fixing of nuts etc as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
