Aluminium Ducting-Pre fabricated/ site fabricated square/rectangular ducting as per SMACNA 2005 standardwith 20 SWG Aluminium sheets as per technical specification mentioned in Annexure- III. The Duct construction is of L section/Boxed up section with necessary end flanges in GI, gaskets and sealants. The Transverse joints are of TDF type and longitudinal joints are of Pittsburg/Acme joints. Preferred make of aluminium sheets are NALCO/BALCO/JINDAL.(For details refer section III of tender document).

Mild Steel Items: Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Duct supports/Stiffeners in MS structural steel sections (as per IS 226)duly painted in 2 coats of epoxy paint over epoxy primer, threaded rods, suitable anchor fasteners (Hilti/Fisher make only)as per technical specification in Annexure- III.

Air Grills: Supply and Installation of Supply/Exhaust air grilles with volume control dampers with bi directional control through Allen screws for balancing of air quantity generally conforming to technical specifications as in section III of tender as per standard and approved preferred makes. These grills will be of different rectangular sizes as per approved drawings.

Motorized Volume control damper: Supply and installation of motorized heavy duty construction multi-louvered, zero leakage extruded aluminium section Volume Control dampers of 110 mm with nominal thickness conforming to technical specifications as in section III of tender, as per standard and approved preferred makes. Dampers shall be of reputed make like Air master / Caryaire /Systemair only.
