Routine maintenance of Window Type/ Split Type/Water cooler/ Tower AC of (1.5/2.0) Ton AC of different makes installed at DPSRU. i/c attending day to day complaints on working days excluding Sunday and holidays and checking of starting capacitor PCB cards and leakage etc. completedas required.

Servicing, repairing of WTAC / STAC / Cassette type AC units and Water Cooler Installed at various location i/c cleaning of cooling coil, greasing of blower units as well as replacement of burnt wire, filter complete as reqd. (1.5 TR / 2.0 TR AC)

Pressure, testing with nitrogen gas of WTAC / STAC / Cassette AC unit of 1.5 / 2 TR units i/c detection and repairing of leakage and gas charging of R-22 Gas in the unit (Gas supplied by the contractor) etc. complete as reqd.

Providing & Laying of refrigerant copper piping of size (5/8\" & 1/4\" dia) from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type AC duly installed along with necessary support i/c credit of old dismantle material as and where basis etc complete as reqd.

Replacement of following spare parts in the various capacity split type AC units i/c testing, commissioning i/c credit of old dismantle material as and where basis etc complete as reqd. a) Running Capacitor 36mfd

b) Running Capacitor 45mfd

c) 1.5/2.0 Ton Blower Motor

Replacement of worn out / defective copper condenser coil with new one of the same size and design suitable for 1.5/2.0 TR split type AC Out Door unit i/e breezing the all copper pipe with all distribution joint\"s, and make sure the connections with capillary tube etc. Pressure testing, leak detection, vacumizing the unit, gas charging i/c credit of old dismantle material as and where basis etc complete as reqd.

Replacement of defective compressors of various 1.5/2.0 TR AC and Water Cooler i/c copper pipe connection with 3/8\" pipe 1/4\" pipe copper brazing i/c credit of old dismantle material as and where basis etc complete as reqd. a) 2 Ton
