    Bids Are Invited For Sitc Of Passenger Lift Cabin Counter Weight Guide Rail Supporting Steel Structure Fabricated With Ismb Section Of Size 150 Mm X 100 Mm & Approx. 2500 Mm + / - 100 Mm In Length Depending Upon Block / Floor Wise Variation. Ismb Would Be Cut To Size As Per Site Requirement, Finished / Grinded & Champhered To Make Desirable Areas Weld Able Using T&P / Consumables ( Ie Welding Electrodes, Cutting & Grinding Wheels Etc. ) On Both The Ends. 2 Nos. Laser Cut Ms Flange Of Thickness 12.0 Mm & Of Size 350Mm X 250Mm Incorporating 12 Nos. 20 Mm Dia. Holes Duly Finished / Grinded & V Grooved Would Be Welded On Both Ends Of Above Ismb Sections Using T&P / Consumables ( Ie Welding Electrodes, Cutting & Grinding Wheels, Drill Bits Etc. ) To Make One Supporting Structure. Above Prefabricated Structure Would Be Cleaned With Sander & Coated With 02 Coats Of Red Oxide Prior To Mounting Between Pre Casted Rcc Lift Well Wall With 8.8 Grade Steel Anchor Fasteners ( Hilti / Wurth / Fischer Make ) Of Size 16Mm X 205Mm With Nuts & Washers Etc. After Making Holes In Rcc Walls, Injecting Resin Chemical Mortar ( Hilti / Wurth / Fischer Make ) For 12 Nos. 20Mm Hole Of Depth 230. Transportation Of All Above Factory Fabricated Material & T&P / Instruments / Consumables Required For Work Execution On Site Including Packing, Loading, Unloading & Freight From Work Shop Up To The Main Entrance Gate Of The Site & Then Upto Every Floor Including Arranging Platform To Stand & Hold Pre Fabricated Structures Shall Be In Our Scope Of Work.
