Term contract for artificers works to perform such services and execute such works upon terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions hereinafter contained at may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the aforesaid MES Schedule

IMPORTANT NOTES(i) Tenderer shall insert here-in-above their rate percentage at the cell on the 16th row of 5th column of this BOQ spread sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select LESS(-) OR EXCESS(+) OPTION to quote the percentage below or above the MES SSR_2020 (Part-II)-Rates. (iii) If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’ should be inserted in percentage box . (iv) The contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places in this BOQ template. (v) The less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-above shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations/amount generated by the system elsewhere in this BOQ. (vi) Amount inserted by the MES under rate column and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only. Being Term Contract Seperate orders as per requirement of work will be ordered. The work order is to be priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the contractor\"s quoted percentage.
