1Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation, trenches or drains, pits upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, chieselling soft / hard rock including getting out the excavated soil, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms and returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
2Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and then disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within all lead and lifts including restoration of unmettalled surfaces to its original condition complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
3Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :
4Foundations, footings, bases for columns, mass concrete complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
5Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.
6Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
7Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
8Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls , walls (any thicknessincluding attached plasters , columns, piers, abutments, pillars, post , struts buttresses, string aur or lacing courses, parapets, coping , bed blocks , anchor block plain windows sills , fillets sunken floors etc.up to five level , excluding the cost of centering , shuttering and finishingcomplete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
9Providing and laying cement concrete work1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two levelcomplete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
10Providing and laying cement concrete work1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in : All work up to plinth level.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
11Providing and laying cement concrete work1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchorblocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
12Providing and laying in positionreinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete in :
13All work up to plinth level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering & reinforcement complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
14Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
15Stone/ Boulder filling behind the Retaining wall , also under floor and upstream of i/ gallery/ under floor etc.complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
16Providing Mild steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
17Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
18Providing and fixing CI Sluice Valve of following dia & class of Leader / Kartar / Kirloskar make with MS Flange of Table 5 as per IS 6392-1971 & welding of MS Flanges in two layers on both faces complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.

21Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenchesHDPE pipesof following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints byhydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducersetc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008with latest ammendments& shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts.All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of theEngineer-in-Charge.

24Providing Laying, jointing and testing in trenches (to level or grade) G.I. pipes of following dia (M class) conforming to IS:1239-2004(Part - I ) (latest upto date amendments) of grade and wall thickness as specified below, suitable to withstand required hydraulic test pressure in randum length 4 m-6 m with plain endsand jointed with MS Flanges for 1% of length conforming to IS:6392-1971 (latest upto date amendments)and welding of flanges as per IS: 816-1969 with electrodes as per IS:814-1991 including required number and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fibre jointing gaskets sheet not less than3.00mm in thickness as per IS:2712-1998. & butt welded joints. The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in two layers on outer face & one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The welding of flanges should conform to IS:816-1969 with electrodes as per IS: 814-1991 and required number of nuts and bolts conforming to IS 1364. including cost of gasket sheet nuts & bolts.
