29Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for PRECONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) and continuous chemical barrier under and alround the column pits, wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of building, expansion joints, over the top surface of consolidated earth of which apron is to be laid, surroundings of pipes and conduits etc. complete as per specification. The work should be carried out as per IS: 6313 (Part II)- Latest revision [Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured for payment] :i) With Chlorpyriphos/Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration.
