    Auction Sale Of Lot No.Kgpw/Anvil Block/01/22-23/27 Description- Condemned Anvil Blocks In Side The Ground And Grouted In Cement Concrete. Materials To Be Sold As Is Where Is Basis (1) Anvil Id No: 1/3 (2) Anvil Id No: 2/3 (3)Anvil Id No: 3/3 (4) Anvil Id No: 1Hp/5 (5) Anvil Id No : -Nil- Note: (A) Due To Heavy Gauge Materials All Anvil Block Is To Be First Uprooted Before Delivery. (B) Before Bidding Bidders Are Requested To Inspect The Lot And Approch Road Etc. (C) Delivery Will Be In Weight Basis. (D) Cutting Will Be Allowed For Loading & Delivery Will Be Made As Per In Sequence Order. (E) If Any Excess Quantity Found Of This Lot The Purchaser Will Return To Custodian. (F) If Any Shortage Of Materials The Value Will Be Refund To Purchaser As Per Rly Procedure. (G) Purchaser Should Under Take During Displacement Of Anvil Is Not Any Way To Effect The Railway Daily Work Or Endanger To Railway Property Or Railway Workers Lives. (H) Safety Equipment During Displacement Of Anvil To Be Arranged By The Purchaser For His Safety And Ensure Its Use . (I) Sse/13/Kgpw Electric Maint To Ensure Electrical Or Any Other Permission Before Displacement & Delivery Related To Safety Matter. (J) Loading Will Be Done By Purchaser Own Arrangements Under Supervision Of Witnessing Concern Official Only After Dismantled Of Anvil Block. (K) Weighment Of Truck I.E. Tare & Gross Has To Be Done From Nearest Weigh Bridge I.E R.Yard Or Scrap Yard. (L) If Purchaser Fail To Uproot Anvil Block It Will Be Treated As Failure On There Part As No Refund Claim Will Be Entertained At Any Circumstances. (M) Other E-Auction Terms & Conditions Will Be Applicable.
