The job comprises of the following: Mechanical transportation (to & fro), loading, unloading and stacking of various dismantled items/machinery equipment like bearing housing. stuffing box, shaft etc, using appropriate means of transport. Add 218 for 0-1 km

Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals. uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, bearings, gland, fasteners, etc.

Rebuilding of bearing seats and then machining to the required size for proper fitment of bearings. Providing of new bearings as under: (Prefered makes: SKF/Imported/equivalent Indian 6412 as per sample

Repairs to damaged Bronze pump impeller by way of rebuilding the vane profile using appropriate welding technique and then machining toprecision to get the desired profile and required discharge.

Rethreading of stud holes in stuffing box. and stud holes on suction side. providing and fitting of over sized bolts (12 holes and 12 oversized bolts)

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump (all types) after cleaning of all parts thoroughly, providing and fitting palmative acking to stuffing box, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.
