Design and supply of bearing housing of side roller of mill no.2 and 3 duly fitted with MS back plate (Triveni make Mill, size 36” x 78”) (Make – Fine Metal Industries, Arya Machine Tools, Modern Metal Industries)Material : Cast Steel, IS:1030, Grade 280/520WNote :- 1. Drawing to be submitted by the supplier/manufacturer for approval and record.2. Material test certificate should be provided along with supply.3. Hydraulic testing of housing should be be done at 07 kg/sq. cm4. Casting must be good in appearance, clean, smooth on all surfaces.5. Casting should be thoroughly sound and free from blow holes and cracks6. Approx. weight : 375 kg. each7. M.T.C. & hydraulic test certificate to be submitted by the supplier.
