Name of Work: Supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of Submersible Pump sets in Upper Kuttanadu region of Pathanamthitta District of Kerala with the specifications given below.

Supply, Installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of submersible high dischargelow head pumpsetscoupled with electric motor with the specifications listed below: suitablefor handling saline and silty water with rpm 1440 or less. The material of construction ofthe casing shall be Cast Iron, impeller and shaft shall be SS304 with chrome steel shaft.Delivery pipe shall be of heavy duty flexible hose of suitable length as per site requirement. Theprime mover for the pump should be 3 phase TESC motor conforming to IS325/1978, energyefficient EEFF1/IE2 ratings suitable for 415V+/-10%, 50HZ+/-5% connection with “F” classinsulation, 10mm 3 core cable of length as per site condition, meter board with fuse as perKSEB specifications and Electrical inspectorate norms pre-fabricated closed type controlpannel board completely wired and fitted with fully automatic Star-Delta starter, main switchwith ISI mark, Ammeter, Volt meter, selector switch ,VSS indicating lamps RYB32x415Vfuse, HRC fuse, ELCB, suitable capacitor, SPP fuse neutral link, 2 Nos of earthing suitable formotor as per KSEB specification ,with all necessary protection units and instruments, withlifting arrangements for future service, proper SS304 fencing for protection from foreignmaterials. The rate quoted should inclusive of all the charges for supply, installation including petty civil works, trial run and commissioning, all type of transportation and conveyance, loading and unloading charges, etc but excluding GST
