Item rate is inclusive of all materials, charges for labor, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation etc., complete as per the specifications and directed.
3Addition of Pultruded CFRP Composite Rebars of 22 mm dia. in to the Columns by Near Surface Mounting (NSM) Technique(i) Cutting the required number of grooves of 40 mm width and 50 mm depth up to the entire height of the columns and drilling holes of 40 mm dia. up to a minimum depth of 200 mm in to the top and bottom connecting beams and cleaning the grooves and holes, and as per the site condition, (ii) procuring of cold curing wet layup epoxy resin from Asian Smartcare/NitPro Composites/Reliance Industries Limited/Bhor Chemicals/ FOSROC/ SIKA/BASF/ equivalent material and preparing and applying a layer of epoxy mortar using resin : hardener : river sand in the ratio 1.0:0.1:4.0 inside the cleaned grooves and holes, (iii) procuring of pultruded CFRP composite rebars of 22 mm dia. from Asian Smartcare/NitPro Composites/RelianceIndustries Limited/Obelisk Composite Technology LLP/ Bhor Chemicals//FOSROC/SIKA/BASF/ equivalent material and keeping in position inside the grooves holes and (iv) applying a layer of epoxy mortar on the grooves and holes in line with the outer surface of the columns and beams and levelling, and as per the site conditions and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). 4Bonding of Carbon Fiber Fabric WRM 600 gsm on the Concrete Substrate of Columns (i) Procuring of epoxy primer from Asian Smartcare/NitPro Composites/Reliance Industries Limited/Bhor Chemicals/FOSROC/SIKA/BASF and applying on the prepared concrete substrate of the columns to have proper anchorage for the carbon fiber fabric bonding, (ii) procuring of wet layup epoxy resin from Asian Smartcare/NitPro Composites/Reliance IndustriesLimited/Bhor Chemicals/FOSROC/SIKA/BASF, preparing and applying one coat of catalyzed epoxy resin with resin : hardener ratio 1.0:0.1/equivalent as per the Manufacturer’s specifications to have proper bond on the primer coated surface and wet the carbon fiber fabric, (iii) procuring of carbon fiber fabric of WRM 600gsm from Asian Smartcare/NitProComposites/Reliance IndustriesLimited/Obelisk Composite TechnologyLLP/Bhor Chemicals//FOSROC/SIKA/BASF/ equivalent material and applying on the resin coated surface, (iv) applying one coat of catalyzed epoxy resin on the bonded carbon fiber fabric for proper wetting and further bonding with the concrete substrate and (v) removal of the entrapped air using serrated rollers and keeping the carbon fiber fabric in position for a minimum for 24 hours/till curing is complete, and as per the site conditions and direction of the Engineer-in- charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). 10Hacking and Removal of Laitance on the Bottom Concrete Surface of the Slabs (i) Hacking and removal of laitance on the bottom concrete surface of the slabs using mechanical pneumatic hammer/suitable devices as per the site conditions and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). Item rate is inclusive of the charges for labor, supervision, tools, tackles, safety equipment and shifting of concrete debris to the designated place as per KTDFC etc., complete and directed.
11Additional Steel Rebars(i) Providing 8 mm dia. Fe 550 grade TMT rebars as per the requirement and fixing in position using the binding wires/tack welding etc., and as per the site conditions, and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). Item rate is inclusive of the materials, charges for labor, supervision, tools, tackles, welding electrodes and binding wire etc., complete as per the specifications and directed.
12Shear keys Drilling 12 mm dia. and 100 mm (max) deep holes on the concrete substrate of slabs at one no./sqm area and cleaning, providing and fixing the required no. of shear keys using 10 mm dia. Fe 550 grade TMT rebars and grouting the holes using the two- component epoxy resin from Sika/equivalent material, and as per the site conditions and direction of the Engineer-in- charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). Item rate is inclusive of the materials, charges for labor, supervision, tools, tackles, etc., complete as per the specifications and directed.
13Polymer Modified MicroconcreteProcuring of polymer modified microconcrete such as Smartcare Microconcrete HS from Asian Paints/equivalent material, blending with washed, saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded, low absorption, high density aggregates of size 5 mm to 6 mm at 25% by weight of microconcrete, adding potable water at 4 ltrs/25 kg (bag) of microconcrete and pouring the mixture into the water tight shuttering at the bottom of the slabs using suitable pumping devices for the uniform flow of the mixture, and as per the site conditions and direction of the Engineer-in- charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). The bottom shuttering of the slabs can be removed after 7 days and ensuring proper bond between the microconcrete and concrete substrate. Item rate is inclusive of all materials, charges for labor, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, fixing thin film coated water tight shuttering, drilling of holes on the top of the slabs for pumping the microconcrete and filling the holes using the same microconcrete after completion of pumping, curing etc., complete as per the specifications and directed. The thickness of micro-concrete is 50 mm.
14Bonding of Carbon Fiber Fabric WRM 200 gsm on the bottom and top Concrete Substrate of the Slabs(i) Procuring of epoxy primer from Asian Smartcare/NitPro Composites/Reliance Industries Limited/Bhor Chemicals/FOSROC/SIKA/BASF and applying on the prepared concrete substrate of the top and bottom surfaces of the slabs as per the requirement to have proper anchorage for the carbon fiber fabric bonding, (ii) procuring of wet layup epoxy resin fromAsianSmartcare/NitPro Composites/RelianceIndustries Limited/Bhor Chemicals/FOSROC/SIKA/BASF, preparing andapplying onecoat of catalyzed epoxy resin with resin : hardener ratio1.0:0.1/equivalentasper the Manufacturer’s specificationsto have proper bond on the primer coated surface and wet the carbon fiberfabric,(iii) procuring of carbon fiber fabric of WRM200 gsm from Asian Smartcare/NitPro Composites/Reliance Industries Limited/ Obelisk Composite Technology LLP/Bhor Chemicals/ FOSROC/SIKA/BASF/ equivalent material and applying on the resin coated bottom and top surfaces of the slabs as per the requirement, (iv) applying one coat of catalyzed epoxy resin on the bonded carbon fiber fabric forproper wettingand furtherbondingwith the concrete substrateand (v) removal ofthe entrapped air using serrated rollers and keeping the carbon fiber fabric in position for a minimum for 24 hours/till curing is complete, and as per the site conditions and direction of the Engineer-in-charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC). Item rate is inclusive of all materials, charges for labor, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation etc., complete as per the specifications and directed.
15Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the Stabilization of Soil Around the Piles in the KSRTC Bus Terminal Complex at Kozhikode
16Mobilization Charges Mobilization charges for the erection and commissioning of all the necessary plants, equipment, rigs etc. inclusive of technical personnel and demobilizing the same after completion of the work.
17Drilling of Holes Drilling and driving of 150 mm dia. holes and inserting 140 mm dia. MS casing pipe up to 3 m depth from the EGL in level L0 and erecting, further driving of 110 mm dia. up to 9 m depth from the 3 m level and inserting 100 mm dia. MS pipe from 3 m level up to the depth of 9 m with an overall depth of 12 m from level L0. No. of locations - 295
18Soil Grouting Inserting 20 mm dia. GI pipe with perforation holes up to 1.5 m level in to the MS pipe, fixing of packers at 2 m level from the bottom of the pipe and grouting using cement slurry of ratio 1:1 up to 1:0.2, admixed with non-shrink grout additive Cebex 100/equivalent material as per the site condition until its refusal, and ascending from the bottom at every 2 m interval up to the top of the hole, complete as per the directions of the Engineer In- Charge and Project Management Consultant (PMC).
