1Supply of cost of Battery operated E - Cart having Three wheels and designed to have a robust construction and intended to provide last mile connected for collection and carrying of municipal solid wastes as per the following technical specification.
2CHASSIS CONSTRUCTION : Ladder type welded construction consisting of two symmetrical beams/ rails/ channels running the length of the cart with transverse cross - members connecting them fabricated using MS square pipes of suitable size with powder coating.
3Overall Length : 2670mm + 5% Tolerance, Overall Width: 1120mm + 5% Tolerance Powder : 1500 / 60V DC motor powered.
4Transmission : Single central axis differential drive
5Cart movement : Both forwared and reverse directions, 1830mm + 10% Tolerance, Wheel track: 1090mm + 10% Tolerance.
6Ground Clearance : 166mm Rear cargo box size (L * B * H) : 1400mm x 1000mm x 360mm should be fabricated using MS sheet, MS square pipes with rear foldable single door arrangement.
7Pay Load: Not less then 400Kgs to 600Kgs, Speed of Vehicle : 20 Kms/ Hr.
8Grade ability (Climbing Ability) : 7 degree (Maximum).
9Capacity: 30KM per charge with charger and adaptor
10Break system: Drum type with pedal.
11Seating capacity : 1 Persion dry weight: Not less then 300 Kgs WHEELS & TYRES : Front : 4.50 - 12 (6PR) - 1 No. Rear : 4.50 - 12 (6 PR) - 2 Nos.
