| 1 | (a) Providing one No. of skilled operator for operating each plant (25 KLD STP and 40 KLD STPs), having past experience in O&M of Sewage Treatment Plants (1 shift per day) to operate the plant on all working days.The log book shall be maintained by the operator and shall be available at the site for verification. The operator shall report to the sections, before proceding to the site on daily basis. (b) Supply and using of Chemicals and consumables such as sodium hypo chlorite/Alum/Nutrients/ Bioculture/ Chlorine/ Urea etc., for both 25 KLD and 40 KLD STP, inclusive of any other required chemicals/consumables as per the necessity and requiredquantity/ dosage. (c) Supply and replacement of spares,if any during the O&M period such as changing damaged valves, Pump impeller, Motor coil, winding, Lobe, Air filter, Bearings, Belt etc., inclusive of all major and minor spares, including servicing of mechanical parts like motors or any other equipments and repairing/ replacement of electrical items in the plant etc., as per the requirement, with the same make as available in the Plant. (d) Periodical Maintenance of all pumps, greasing, Checking of pump set alignment, sealing connection leakages, valve leakages, pipe line leakages, maintaining oil level in gear boxes if any, checking for vibration, voice, voltage, external scaling etc., including maintenance and repairs of all electrical/mechanical parts. (e) During the O&M period, the complete responsibility of the Plant lies with the firm and any major or minor break down shall be attended immediately after reporting to the Engineering Incharge.Any major replacement if required during the period, such as replacement of motor or pump etc will be carried out by factory. (f)Testing of treated water sample from both 25 KLD & 40 KLD STP\"s through an NABL accredited Lab every six months and submission of the test report to the Engineer-in-Charge.The sample shall be collected in presence of SIC. The treated output shall conform to the TNPCB standards. |
