The transformer shall be confirming to IS-1180 (updated), level-II complete all as specified and directed and shall comprise of the following:-(i) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete withcopper rods, nuts and washers.(ii)One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of 400 sq mm 3.5 core , LT 1100 volts grade PVC/ XLPE insulated & sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including joint and jointing materials complete. (iii) Oil conservator with filter type drain valveand oil level gauge. (iv) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (v) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, Lifting lugs for complete transformer and as well as core and winding assembly, Oil filling hole with cap / plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (vi) One No 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vaporpressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius withmetal guard having maximum perimeter temperature readingindicator with re-setting device. (vii) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 25 x 4mmgalvanized iron earth strip forearthing ofbody and one no. HV side neutral grounding earth strip. (viii) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ix) Extra bushing for neutral, in the LT cable box for providing independent set ofearthing for neutral. (x)First filling of new and unused transformer oil, IS-335 marked (Make Savita /Power Link) filtered and tested upto 40 KVdielectric strength at 2.5 mmair gap between testing electrodes.(xi)One filter valve on the upper side of tank. 7Supplying, laying jointing testing and commissioning ofHT undergroundXLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11KV grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 coreconfirming to IS-7098 Pt-IIcable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/poles etc.complete all as specified and directed.
8Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable any size, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed .
9Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 sq mm 3.5 core

17M & L Sand cushioning to underground cable in tranches in layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed . Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid for.
18supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cover of class HV Type -1 with flat size 300x180x40mm fixed in replacement any type bricks of PCC covers.
19Taking out existing unserviceable/servicavle bricks over UG cables, from tranches and stacking at site for re use competed all as specified and directed
20Laying only old serviceable brick cover retrieved above complete all as specified and directed.
21M & L Brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, and perpendicular to the direction of cable complete.
22Material & labourcement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
23Material & labour PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
24M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.
25Material & labour for CrossArms bracings supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including pole clamps stay clamps, D clamps nuts, bolts , washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat ofaluminiumpaint complete all as specified and directed.
26Supply and fixing GI tube light grade of size 100 mm dia galvanised with all fittings fixed to walls/floors/poles or under road etc complete all as specified and directed.(Note :-The GI pipe should be fixed with pole by MS clamps if necessary.(The MS work should be measured and paid separately).
27M&L for providing 100mm PCC platform on top of brick masonry of size 6x3 mtrs (outer dimension) and 1.2 mtr hight from ground level and 0.5 mtr blow ground for placing RMU/Transformer chain-link fencing around the platform fixed to angle iron post 1.8 mtr high using angle iron for size 40x40x6mm and 1.00 m away from platform with entry gate and steps and applying a coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer on the steel surface comple all as specified and directed including provision as under :- (I) 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of brick wall and fencing post including excavation & earthworm, return fillilng in and removal of surplus soil.(ii)Brick work with fly ash brick in CM 1:6 including 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 over exposed surfaces.(iii) 100mm thick hard core using brick bats of grade n exc 63mm (iv) 100mm thick PCC(1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base. (v) 100mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and fair.(vi) Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer over plastered surfaces complete. (vii) Chain link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size 75mmx 75mm and dia of wire 3mm including 10mm dia MS round bar to support the chain link fencing complete (viii) Earth filling including watering and ramming in layers of 25cm inside the platform complete (Earth obtained from excavation shall be used for filling)
28Supply, errecting & fixing in true vertical position pre stressed concrete pole conforming to IS-1678 of 11 mtr long , 152 mm x 152 mm at top and 152 mm x 260 mm at bottom,class 9 complete as specified & directed .
