| 1 | Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel as per the drawing/ specifications for the exterior finishing job. ACP of approved make(Alstrong , Aludecor, Eva bond or approved equivalent) of over all thickness is 4 mm with aluminium skin of 0.25mm on both sided,centreLDPE core material of thickness 4 mm.The complete material shall be confirming to ASTM standards for its various mechanical and physical properties. The panel shall be cut into match the grid size in required length and width as per the site condition,tampered & formed using router machine/curved using standard rolling machine,without leaving heavy marks on the sheet,so as to form a tray. The panel shall be fixed on prefabricated frame work using 50 x 25 x 1 mm thick aluminium extruded sections of Hindalco / Jindal make,joint at Horizontal & Vertical with standard cleat angles and fasteners of SS screws, Hilty / Fisher anchorbolt.The gap formed in between the panel shall be sealed with silicon sealant of Alstone WS600 or equivalent after fixing the required masking tape and all other accessories. The sheet fixing and applying of sealant shall be in line and level to the building line. The extruded pre fabricated frame work shall be fixed to the wall/floor beam with M.S brackets and screws. The necessary projection as per the design shall be made with M.S frame work using 35x35x6 mm M.S. angles fixed at maximum 1.5 m centre to centre fixed to the super structure. The panel colours will be Alstone Evolution Grade or equivalent .Any changes in colour,materials shall be made only with prior intimation to the Architect and the authorities. |
| 2 | Supplying and fixing at site structural glazing using electro colour anodized black shade to minimum 15 microns using Indal 8989 for Mullion and Transom with Indal same for top and bottom horizontal members with Indal 2081 to be used as joining cleats. The entire structural glazing system to be fabricated single glazing using Dowcorning 995 accelerated cure for structural sealant and 789 for weather seal. Weather gaskets shall be of EPDM of approved quality 4x6mm Norton spacer tapes of approved quality, Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for erection, lead, lift, transportation, handling charges, hire charges for scaffolding etc. Complete including fixing in position after cutting from standard sizes of 5mm. reflective glasses. |
