Instructions to Bidders:1. Bidder to quote firm prices considering increase / decrease in Minimum wages during the currency of contract.2.Prices quoted shall be inclusive of all costs, wages, uniform, tools, tackles, PPE etc to be provided to workmen, boarding, loading etc all as per provision of scope.

Providing Pre-commissioning Assistance for Project Instrumentation section at CPCL with minimum 02 number of qualified personnel as per scope of work. Rate quoted shall be deemed to inclusive of all wages, tools, tackles, PPE etc including all costs as per scope of work (As mentioned in Scope of work (clause no.3.0) in tender document, the pre-commissioning work involves understanding P&ID, format checklist, follow up of permit and gate pass as supervised by EIC, configuration of the instrumentation using HART / FF configurator, cold and hot loop checking, identifyspares and assist in codification of spares materials and material handover to warehouse. The quoted rates shall be inclusive of all wages, travel / accommodation expenses, including PPE’s, etc.)The rate to be quotedon monthly for engaging 02 nos. of assistants.The working hour for the deployed personnel shall be from 07.30 am to 4:00 pm on all regular working days from Monday to Saturday.

Charges for working beyond the normal working hours specified in Sl. No. 20 & 30 above on regular working days from Monday to Saturday, working on Sundays, CPCL declared Holidays. The rate to be quoted per hour per person basis
