| 1 | Conducting of the seismic audit of the various Govt. Buildings as per CPWD guideline and IS Codes including following scope of works and test (1) To visually inspect the site. (2) To collect appropriate data as required for structure audit. (3) To take any measurement if required for structure audit. (4) To study the architectural and structural drawings are available with client. (5) To prepare such architectural drawings by taking measurements at side which are not available with the client. (6) To do photographic survey of the building. (7) To study the structural systems of the building. (8) To do survey of structural system by Rapid visual screening as per IS 13935:2009 and 15988: 2013. (9) To study the deffects in structural element etc and marking of critical structural stress areas. (10) Identification of broad area/locations in the structure requiring further detail investigation and for conducting various ND Tests. (11) To mark all photographs and structural defects on drawings (12) To check the foundation in required. (13) To conduct slab profile test if required. (14) To conduct push over analysis and checking the structure design in view of the latest IS Codes. (15) To compare the structure existing of the building and structure as per latest code and if required make comparative statement. (16) To conduct seepage/ leakage survey and look out for defects in other services in the building which are affecting the structural system. (17) To perform all Non-Destructive testing (ND) required in the building. (18) Diagnosis & Root cause analysis of the problems/observations. (19) To submit a detailed report of inspection done along with interpretation of test report results. (20) To submit status of stability of the structure. (21) To suggest repairs required in structure. (22) To suggest strengthening /retro-fittingof structure. (23) To suggest the method of structure strengthening/retro-fitting the NDT testing to do:- (a) Rebound Hammer, (b) UPV, (c) Core Test, (d) Crack Pattern, (e) Carbonation, (f) PH Value, (g) Ferro Scan, (h) Rebar Location, (i) Crack Pattern, (j) GPR for Foundation, (k) Brick Strength Test, (l) Other Test as required and submit test result etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. |
