Openingthe jumpers and cable lugs connected In the transformers. Drain transformer oil from the transformer into the Oil drums after opening the Valve of the tank.

Opening the conservation tanks, bolts and nuts and removing up side replacing packing sheets.

Re-setting the conservating tank at its original place with tightening of Bolts Nuts.

Opening the inspection plate Bolts & Nuts And Removing The Place And The Damaged Packing Sheets.

Re-Fixing the inspection plate with tightening of Bolts and Nuts.

Opening the top plate of Transformers with the help of Crane after opening and Nuts. Replacing the Packing Sheets of top plate Re-forming the top plate with the help of Crane after Tightening the Bolts and Nuts.

Opening all Radiators of the Transformer with the Help of Crane after Opening the Bolts and Nuts.

Replacement of Packing Sheets on Top and Bottom of Radiators and Re-fixing the Radiators and Retightening the Bolts and Nuts.

Replacement of Packing Sheets of Drain Valve after Opening the Valve and re-fixing the Drain Valve after replacing the packing sheets In place of damaged packing sheets.

Replacement of Packing Sheets of HT Side 3 No. Porcelain bushing after opening the Bolts and Nuts of Bushing and Re-fixing the packing sheets and tightening with the help of Bolts and Nuts.

Replacement of packing sheets of LT Side 3 No. Porcelain bushing after opening the Bolts and Nuts of Bushing and Re-Fixing the packing sheets and tightening with the help of Bolts and Nuts.

Replacement of packing sheets and neutral bushing on the Top of transformer after opening the bushing, bolts, nuts and earthing strips. Re-fixing of neutral bushing on the top of transformer and tightening of bolts, nuts and fixing after earthing strips, tightening of all bolts and nuts properly.

Replacement of damaged oil tempracture meter and binding temperature meter of 5 MVA T/F.

Repair of damaged Tape changer, Brather & Silica Gel etc.

Refilling the transformer oil after centrufusing in 5 MVA transformer and Top up to the Oil Mark.

Cleaning the above both transformer after completing all above works with Oil mixed dust.

Reconnecting the cable lugs HT & LT side and its tightening reconnecting the Jumpers and energisation of 5 MVA transformers.
