tightening, Adjustment of Contacts (male/female) Cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in Clamp & connectors ,Earthing Flat, Jumpers and other equipments related with Insulators, Isolators, CT,PT, CB, LA, dropping, and panel of a Bay b 132 KV Half Main Bus-Nut bolt tightening, Adjustment, Cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in Clamp & connectors, Earthing Flat, Jumpers and other equipments related with Insulators, Isolators, PT. c 132 KV Transfer Bus-Nut bolt tightening, Adjustment, Cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in Clamp & connectors, Earthing Flat, Jumpers and other equipments related with Insulators, Isolators, PT. d 220 KV Half Main Bus-I&II ,Nut bolt tightening, Adjustment, Cleaning, greasing, mobilization, & jelly putting in Ammeter/ Relay 4 MISC Work of Grid Substation as per schedule and JOB provided by Engineer Incharge a Battery system cleaning b Cleaning of panels( including all 132KV panel, 220 KV panel ,ACDB, DCDB,etc) c Rectification of Lighting and auxiliary power supply in Grid premises & Colony d Material/ equipment manual shifting & movement in Grid Premises e Measurement of earth footing resistance of all earth pits. f Laying of Control Cable 5 Break down Maintenance a Mobilization/Demobilization of Labour Gang b Supply of Emergency Gang with T&P for work like Conductor snapping of main bus 6 Supply of Hydra / Crane(upto 8MT Capacity ) as per requirement 7 Complete Overhauling with painting of 150 MVA Transformer Cooling Fans with supply of all materials if required 8 Transportation of materilas & equipments through Truck/Pickup upto 3MT including loading,unloading of the materials (i)Upto First 50kM (ii)50kM<Distance<100kM 9 Repair and Overhauling of 3ph Sub-mersible pump including materials, lifting & lay down of Sub-mersible pump from Borewell , repair of water supply pipe all complete job & Transporation cost. 10 Repair of 220 KV SF6 Breaker Air Compressor motor if required 11 Repair of 220 KV SF6 Breaker 3Φ Phase motor if required 12 Repair of 220 KV SF6 Breaker 1Φ spring charged motor if required 13 Repair of 132 KV VCB 1Φ spring charged motor if required 14 Testing Balance test e Short Circuit impedance test f IR test including PI 16 Erection of following equipments with Crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work ( Excluding Cost of Transportation Charges from Store to Site.) a 220 KV Current Transformer, Potential Transformer & CVT including Cable Terminal. b 220 KV Lighting Arrestors c 132 KV Current Transformer, Potential Transformer & CVT including Cable Terminal. d 132 KV Lighting Arrestors 17 Dismantling of following equipments with Crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work ( Excluding Cost of Transportation Charges from Store to Site.) a 220 KV Current Transformer, Potential Transformer & CVT including Cable Terminal. b 220 KV Lighting Arrestors c 132 KV Current Transformer, Potential Transformer & CVT including Cable Terminal. d 132 KV Lighting Arrestors 18 Supply of Consumables viz. Markin cloth, Distilled water, Grease, Mobil, Nuts & Bolts, Cotton waste, Joute, Paterollium Jelly, Kerosine, mobil, WD-40 rust remover etc. required time to time for O&M works of GSS. 19 Air Condition Service Charge (Indoor and outdoor) Gas Filling Charge Annual Maintenance with all spares 20 Filtration of transformer oil (if m/c supplied by JUSNL).
