Providing Consultancy support / assistance to the HPSLDC in preparation, filing and defending of Multi-Year Tariff Petition for the 5th MYT Control Period (FY:24-25 to FY:28-29) comprising of following activities.a) Preparation of Business Plan.b) Preparation of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Plan.c) Preparation and filing of MYT Petition.d) Preparation of True-Up for 04 years of the 4th MYT Control Period (FY: 2019-20 to FY: 2023-24). e) Providing assistanceto the HPSLDC in preparation of replies towards objections/ queries raised by the HPERC, HPSEBL, HPPTCL, HPPCL, DoE (GoHP) & other Stake-holders on the MYT Petition filed by the HPSLDC, and during the Technical Validation Session (TVS) / Public Hearings for presenting and defending the Petition before the Commission.f) Conducting training sessions for knowledge transfer to the Staff of HPSLDC about Regulatory filing procedures and various formats.g) Analysis of MYT order issued by the HPERC and submission of review report / preparation and filing the review petition before the HPERC, as per requirement of HPSLDC.

Providing Consultancy support/ assistance to the HPSLDC in preparation, filing and defending of Mid-Term Review (MTR) Petition for the 5th MYT Control Period (FY:24-25 to FY:28-29) comprising of following activities.a) Preparation of Business Plan.b) Preparation of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Plan.c) Preparation and filing of Mid Term Review (MTR) Petition.d) Preparation of True-Up for 2 years and provisional True-Up for 01 year of the 5th MYT Control Period (FY:24-25 to FY:28-29).e) Providing assistanceto the HPSLDC in preparation of replies towards objections/ queries raised by the HPERC, HPSEBL, HPPTCL, HPPCL, DoE (GoHP) & other Stake-holders on the MTR Petition filed by the HPSLDC, and during the Technical Validation Sessions/ Public Hearings for presenting and defending the Petition before the Commission. f) Conducting training sessions for knowledge transfer to the Staff of HPSLDC about Regulatory Filing Procedures and various formats.g) Analysis of MTR order issued by the HPERC and submission of review report / preparation and filing the review petition before the HPERC, as per requirement of HPSLDC.
